Just an attempt to help you xd

[General]
  1. For several parts I think you need bigger AR
  2. Holy... Hitsounds... What... Please, re-HS the map normally :3
  3. Please, recheck many places where is difficulty discrepancy. For example... You have 7+ star map, but you have this 03:10:583 (3) and this 03:31:363 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) and just other strange 1/2 or 1/1 sliders and low-spacing circles which are not so good for really 7+ star map... Try to fix it ^_^
  4. Please don't make strange and ugly sliders like this 03:29:168 (4) xd (you have many of them)

[Separately]
  1. 00:35:753 (1) - don't let to have this form of slider when others are more linear
  2. 00:41:095 (6) - why edge in stream here but NC here 00:41:314 (1)
  3. 00:41:826 (8,1) - wrong flow at the end of stream

Let's just dive into it xD

For starters, the map should have AR 10. It's a 7* map gdi

00:37:802 (8,1,2) - A sudden cross-screen jump followed by a really slow slider is breaking the flow. Maybe put 1 closer to 8 or make the slider faster? c:
00:41:900 (9) - I think the sliders should start here, so you have an even amount of them. It fits better rhythm-wise as well.

03:01:217 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - I see the stream-slider pattern you went for here, but it doesn't fit into the song due to one thing - the reverse sliders. They are triples, but since you're following a repeating 1/4 pattern here, it breaks the whole pattern after the first repeat. 03:01:217 (1) - it starts on this white tick, good. But, 03:02:241 (1) - the next repeat starts on this red tick, when according to the music it should start here 03:02:387 (3) - on another white tick. How do you fix this? - Keep the 8-circle stream and the two sliders BUT give each slider two reverse points. That way every slider (and therefore important click) land on a white tick, following the music perfectly! This is how it should look like http://prntscr.com/gbyxys

Welp I think I've said enough. Things you should keep in mind though are following the music better, and have more reason behind your spacing. ;) Nice custom hitsounds btw
Oh, and since you're new to mapping, here's another tip. Getting good at mapping is just like getting good at the game itself; it won't work out if you throw yourself into the harder difficulties instantly. The best way is to work your way up from the easier ones. Maybe attempt a 4* map next time?
Trust me, I know it will be boring but it will grant you some really good knowledge in mapping.
