Hey there, your metadata seems to be incorrect, let's fix that before this gets qualified so it doesn't get DQ'ed okay? 
The artist field seems to be okay, but your title needs to be changed, as the (TV Size) thing shouldn't be there at all. You can move the TV size thing to the tags
