[Archived] Micro-Stuttering Issue Every One to Two Seconds

Problem Details: When I'm in any screen OTHER than the beatmap, Osu! stutters every 1-2 seconds. Started today with no changes. If I restart my machine and start Osu!, the problem goes away, but re-occurs if I close and re-open Osu!.

Video or screenshot showing the problem:I have screenshots and a video but I can't put the attachments. If this gets interest I'll upload it to my youtube so you can see.

osu! version: 20170731.2 (latest)

for screenshot just upload it to any hosting and use [img]<link>[/img] command
