TeddyLoid feat. Bonjour Suzuki - Sleeping Forest

Insane

  1. 00:00:445 (2) - i think that having the spacing start so high doesn't feel right at the start of the song, maybe having it start low then slowly get bigger as it goes on
  2. 00:27:745 (5) - the other 2 sliders before this one are in the same rhythm and have similar spacing but this one suddenly gets bigger which isn't bad, but i think its just a little bit over spaced
  3. 00:46:195 (3,4) - having this 1-2 jump stacked on top of 00:45:895 (2) - feels weird to stop at i think making it just a little backwards like this so they'll be a little more movement and feel more natural
  4. 01:03:145 (2,3) - maybe reduce the spacing between these two because the song gets less intense again so it should reflect that
  5. 01:23:545 (7) - this note feels awkward to aim in this jump pattern, i think spacing like the jumps before it would play better
  6. 01:33:145 (8) - move this note down a little bit more so it's easier to read
  7. 02:19:345 (1) - kiai this maybe? until 02:38:545 (6) -
  8. 02:38:245 (4,5) - personally this was hard for me to read and aim, when i changed it to something like this it was easier for me and felt the same.
small mod from me but the map plays well and is aesthetically pleasing. gl

  1. 00:00:445 (2) - i think that having the spacing start so high doesn't feel right at the start of the song, maybe having it start low then slowly get bigger as it goes onimo spaceing is totaly fine. Its not even that big since there is a 1 beat gap between those. also considering the increase of the difficulty later on this should be more than fine.
  2. 00:27:745 (5) - the other 2 sliders before this one are in the same rhythm and have similar spacing but this one suddenly gets bigger which isn't bad, but i think its just a little bit over spacedit gets bigger to emphasize the sound it has on it. i choose the spaceing like that so i get symmetries with the other sliders (moving angles, distances to objects etc.)
  3. 00:46:195 (3,4) - having this 1-2 jump stacked on top of 00:45:895 (2) - feels weird to stop at i think making it just a little backwards like this so they'll be a little more movement and feel more naturalwel actually these are not stacks, they are overlaps. second. I used these "antijumps" always on exact that part of the song. if I would change this one i had to change all. Its kinda the "treat" of my map. So also no change
  4. 01:03:145 (2,3) - maybe reduce the spacing between these two because the song gets less intense again so it should reflect thati wanted these to be the same as 01:07:345 (1,3) - somehow it slightly moved up so -> fixed that and lowered the spaceing so these are the same
  5. 01:23:545 (7) - this note feels awkward to aim in this jump pattern, i think spacing like the jumps before it would play bettermoved it a bit
  6. 01:33:145 (8) - move this note down a little bit more so it's easier to readNo. If i moved it down it would have a different spaceing than all my other overlaps and it wouldn't look consistent.
  7. 02:19:345 (1) - kiai this maybe? until 02:38:545 (6) - i don't want to have to many kiai in my beatmap The last kiai is a similar part like this but with more vocals and more intense. thats why that is kiai
  8. 02:38:245 (4,5) - personally this was hard for me to read and aim, when i changed it to something likethis it was easier for me and felt the same.i honestly can't imagine at all this has an impact. and i like my solution visually more so no changes
small mod from me but the map plays well and is aesthetically pleasing. gl
Thanks for your mod! :D

Hi, from my queue

There will be lots of comments about filling what shouldn't be filled imo, but they are subjective

00:17:845 - Sound here changes so you can put second reversed slider like 2 here
00:18:145 (1) - There no sound on slider's end
00:23:695 (6) - Put a 1/8 slider with reversion from 00:23:695 - to 00:23:845 - and a circle on 00:23:995 -
00:25:345 (4,5) - They should be circles
00:27:146 (3,4,5) - ^
00:28:345 (7,8) - ^
00:29:695 (3,4) - Ctrl + G, don't start sliders on blue ticks
00:31:945 (3,4) - ^
00:32:395 (5) - Remove
00:36:595 (3,4,5) - Between 3-4 and 4-5 it's different timegap so spacing shouldn't be equal
00:38:545 (1) - Start kiai here, end on 00:57:745 -
01:22:345 - This part is not a place for kiai imo
01:23:395 (6,9) - Make a blanket here, it would be easier to read
01:25:645 (6,7) - They should be circles
02:19:345 (1) - Kiai
02:26:845 (2) - Remove
02:26:845 (2) - ^
02:27:145 (4) - It should be a circle
02:30:445 (6,7,8,9,10) - If you want to group sounds here 10 is like 8 and 9 so overlap it
02:31:795 (2,5) - Remove
02:32:695 - There's no sound
02:49:045 (3,4) - There's no difference between it and 02:46:645 (2) - or 02:51:445 (2) - so it should be just 1/1 slider
02:53:845 (3,4) - ^
02:58:645 (3,4) - ^
03:01:945 (4) - Like before, not a place for kiai imo
03:06:895 - There's no sound
03:16:495 - ^
04:00:145 (1) - Kiai
05:02:845 (5) - In whole section you map same instrument but here you change that so fill 05:03:145 -
05:07:645 (5) - ^
05:12:295 - ^

Nice map, hope it will be helpful :)

00:17:845 - Sound here changes so you can put second reversed slider like 2 here I maybe could but i think its just a slight difference so i won't change it
00:18:145 (1) - There no sound on slider's end So?
00:23:695 (6) - Put a 1/8 slider with reversion from 00:23:695 - to 00:23:845 - and a circle on 00:23:995 - done
00:25:345 (4,5) - They should be circles no, why? I didn't map to percussion there.
00:27:146 (3,4,5) - ^ ^
00:28:345 (7,8) - ^ ^
00:29:695 (3,4) - Ctrl + G, don't start sliders on blue ticks no ctrl + g cuz i want to have 00:29:545 (2,3) - more epmhasized. Also it is totaly fine to start them on blue tick since the important sounds are on the blue ticks
00:31:945 (3,4) - ^ ^
00:32:395 (5) - Remove wtf no... why even? there is such a strong sound...
00:36:595 (3,4,5) - Between 3-4 and 4-5 it's different timegap so spacing shouldn't be equal made it better visable
00:38:545 (1) - Start kiai here, end on 00:57:745 - i don't want the whole map to be kiai. because i had to add 3 more kiai parts then
01:22:345 - This part is not a place for kiai imo okai if i Switch kiai, then this maybe would fit. I actually think about this and get some more feedback about the kiai in my map
01:23:395 (6,9) - Make a blanket here, it would be easier to read I did not do a blanket here because it would contradict with all my other 1/2 slider visually. instead I moved the slider and adjusted stuff
01:25:645 (6,7) - They should be circles disagree
02:19:345 (1) - Kiai
02:26:845 (2) - Remove no
02:26:845 (2) - ^ ^
02:27:145 (4) - It should be a circle I did something different more fitting
02:30:445 (6,7,8,9,10) - If you want to group sounds here 10 is like 8 and 9 so overlap it i think its different from 8 and 9 and beeing further in the map i wanted it to be harder than the beginning
02:31:795 (2,5) - Remove no why?
02:32:695 - There's no sound So? i don't think silencing the sliderend here is fitting to the rhythm I created
02:49:045 (3,4) - There's no difference between it and 02:46:645 (2) - or 02:51:445 (2) - so it should be just 1/1 slider Did you listen to lyrics ther? 02:49:645 (4) - here a new word starts and on the others you have mentioned the word ends. This is very different to me. So also no change
02:53:845 (3,4) - ^ ^
02:58:645 (3,4) - ^ ^
03:01:945 (4) - Like before, not a place for kiai imo
03:06:895 - There's no sound ??? pls turn up your volume. Maybe it help for you if you put it on 25% playback....
03:16:495 - ^ ^
04:00:145 (1) - Kiai
05:02:845 (5) - In whole section you map same instrument but here you change that so fill 05:03:145 -
05:07:645 (5) - ^ I wanted to emphasize the pan flute there
05:12:295 - ^ ^

Nice map, hope it will be helpful :)
As a small suggestion for further mods from you: make yourself clear what you want and why you said you think stuff should be changed. Also try to understand what the mapper is mapping to in specific parts.

Also listen to the song better the next time you overheard clear sounds where you said there is no sound very often.

Thank you for your mod tho :)

Little modding :

[Insane]
03:43:345 (1) - made this slider art better yet I like that one tbh... maybe say whats wrong with it?
03:45:745 (1) - ^ ^
03:52:945 (1) - ^agree on this one kinda looks wonky
03:58:945 (1,2) - too far yep. I lowered the spaceing

04:26:995 (3) - Put this object far from previous object No. 04:26:545 (1,2) - has the same spaceing as 04:26:995 (3,4) - and both are 1/4 beat gaps. 04:26:695 (2,3) - is 1/2 beat gap. Also i used this serveral times so players will know how to hit these by now
05:13:345 (8) - just circle A Circle is better, yes.

Good luck~! :)

Thanks a lot for your mod :)
