Usually, changing direction is used to emphasise sounds, so consider remapping this area. The most important sounds in this section are here:
So try to use direction changes going to these notes, not at random. Maybe something like this?
There's other places where you could do similar improvements throughout the map, have a look for yourself. 00:06:683 (3) - Replace this with a triple, there's a sound on the blue tick too. 00:09:615 (5) - This would be better replaced by two non-reversing sliders, as there are two clickable strong sounds, one on each white tick. 00:11:194 (2,3,4) - Replace 3,4 with a slider, as 4 is on a much weaker sound than the 2 and 3. 00:22:021 (1,2,3) - ^ 00:25:856 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - The rhythm here is incorrect, as only 1 should end on a blue tick - the rest start and end on red or white ticks. 3/4 beat rhythms are known as irregular rhythms - watch pishifat's video on how to handle these.

[And finally, an aesthetic change to be done after everything else...] Since the song is quite cheerful and airy, it'd be more aesthetically pleasing to change some of the straight sliders into slightly curved sliders.

00:04:172 (5,1,2) - Things like that is way to hard to play in a Hard map. New player won't be able to at first see the 1/4 gap here 00:04:172 (5,1) - and second the 1/2 gap here 00:04:623 (1,2) - . They either break 00:04:172 (5) - the slider or they play 00:04:623 (1,2) - as a stream and then hit the 2nd slider to early.
00:06:653 (3,4,5) - same thing.
00:10:487 (1) - Idk what you hear here but there is nothing that supports something being clickable here. its just Overmapped.
00:10:487 (1,1,2,3) - The whole part doesn't fit at all. The music has a break here but you mapped it exactly with the same density as you did befor. If your song goes chill so should your mapping.
Aesthetics
00:00:563 (1,5,5,2,4,5,3,4,5,1,2) - All these different angles of sliders make your map look extremely messy. Try to use for every 1/2 slider the same angle tilted to horizontal or vertical line.
Flow
00:09:585 (5) - 1/2 slider repeating more than once are a pain and i would highly suggest you to never use them unless the music really fits for it (and it doesn't fit at all here) The red tick 00:10:262 - is really something you want to have clickable
I don't think explaining all things to you is much of a help because you did like very very basic mistakes. Like wrong offset or even misplaced circles ( for example: 00:33:638 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,1) - 00:41:307 (3,4) - ) Weird overmapping (00:17:961 (5,6,7) - 00:48:412 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - )even sometimes you "under" mapped (00:37:359 (3) - )
So before you look in fixing stuff on this map or even take a look in how to get Aesthetics right, you should make sure you know how to time your map and Emphasize things.
Basically if Circles often land on blue ticks (like you did) you should look over the offset again. Listen closely when you time your map. Put the playback to 25% and then listen if the metronome ticks are synced with for example drums. Then for Emphasizing keep in mind, you want to place clickable notes on strong beats of the song. if you put sliders the sliderhead should have a stronger or equally strong sound than its end.
I Recommend putting this map to a rest and start with a new map. Maybe come back later when you are more experienced. But for now you should just map a lot. Keep in mind what i told you for the next map.
The video's audio track must be removed from the video file. The audio track in video is not used in osu!, so removing it reduces that filesize of the beatmap.
