Problem Details: Bluetooth headphone has a latency, so I need to adjust universal offset to -190ms when I use bluetooth headphone.
but universal offset adjust music sound only, it won't adjust effect sound.

You simply can't compensate for that part of audio lag.

Anything requiring user input can't be fixed with an offset, sadly the technology doesn't exist to predict what you will input 190ms earlier than when you actually do.

I suggest investing in some non-bluetooth headphones.
