If you stream on twitch and get famous off of playing CtB, then yes. But lets face it, how likely is that.
I've made a total of like, $200-300 streaming CtB over the past 3 or so years, so that should be a good enough answer on if it's reliable.

You can squeeze money out of pretty much anything. Depends on how you plan to gain a substantial and stable following with it, and how consistently you do it well to keep your audience hooked and your viewer-base growing.
