00:21:998 (5,6,1) - 5 looks so off from the centre with stack view and kinda ruins the symmetric pattern.

00:25:816 (1,2,1,2) - Indeed there are consecutive 1/4 sounds but imo most spacing emphasis should be laid on 00:26:361 (1,2,3,4,5) - according to the intensity of the notes and now the contrast just isn't so clear.
Some more soft whistles could be added to intro/outro to follow piano notes c:

dunno if nerfing 00:25:816 (1,2,1,2) - while buffing 00:26:361 (1,2,3,4,5) - would give a greater contrast hope it works well!

I really like the hitsounds on the Insane difficulty. The drum hitsounds accompanied with claps are fitting very well with the song. It would be awesome if it was the same on every difficulties :c

Yugu's Insane

00:01:816 (1,2,3,4,5) - The usage of the hitsounds could be taken into consideration. As the circle (2) doesn't follow the vocals but only the background sounds with the next two circles, you should remove the whistle hitsound on it and instead, you should add it to the circle (1) to give proper hitsounds feedbacks. By doing this, you will be following the landing vocals "It's your birthday, today" instead of background sounds. Apply the same thing to all the same areas.
00:05:361 (1,2,3) - VS 00:31:543 (1,2,3) - are not mapped the same. Due to the intensity of the song, which is quite calm, you at first emphasized the vocals by making the spacing wider between the objects (2,3) on the first timestamp. However, on the second timestamp, you are totally missing the way you were emphasizing the vocals considering the intensity. It would make sense, in this case, to make these consistent within each other to have the same experience while playing.

Walao's Extra

00:03:452 (3) - There's missing a whistle for hitsound consistencies.
00:15:452 (1,2,3) - The issue I have here is the length of these two sliders. Musically and even with the vocals, there's totally no difference.. so why would these not have the same length?

Regou's Extra

00:10:543 (4,5) - Using these objects this way might be rhythmically confusing as the emplacement 00:10:816 - is warrant of a clickable object,
which is not the case since you're using the end of the slider (4) to emphasize this loud sound. I'd recommend changing the rhythm a little in sort of following moments in the song that should be clickable. In this case, I'd suggest you to do this. (Apply the same thing where possible):
From 00:20:907 (1) - until 00:24:725 (1) - , you might want to make the volume more quiet on these slider-ends to only emphasize the dominant sounds.
00:22:543 (1) - For this slider, which has a very high SV, I am not recommending to leave it to this emplacement. For the only reason that it is confusing and the player's movements is mostly going forward to the left to the right instead because the flow from the slider 00:22:270 (2) - makes it more natural to go straight to the left. You can easily just do a CTRL+H and the movement will be improved, imo.
00:33:998 (3,4) - Replace these objects by a slider to emphasize the long note starting from the circle (3). It will also be consistent with the difficulty, overall.

i did that mainly because i prioritized vocal more than the drum here, where it lands on red tick and completely stops at white tick. having the movement stopped at white tick reflects the vocal very well here imo therefore i prefer not to change it ...

im sure that was intentional, if you look at the context he uses "regular" curves a lot too, but here he uses as bunch of nodes to alter the shape of this curve.
