When you said 'beginner xi map' I was expecting an easy diff but this is just mayhem (as a good thing).

  1. 00:02:768 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1) - It's pretty weird to these this mapped differently, in terms of slider use, to parts like - 00:05:243 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1) - , considering that you continued mapping to the style in the latter.
  2. 00:06:968 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - It seems you were trying to emphasize the increase in pitch at 00:07:268 (1,2,3,4) - . I think this part would be better if you were to change DS in 00:06:968 (1,2,3,4) - and 00:07:568 (1,2,3,4) - to be the same as the previous ones, leaving the one left "pop out".
  3. 00:19:568 (1,2,3) - This part feels too cramped. Spread out the slider.
  4. 00:23:168 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - imo these objects stand out by having different patterns, when they don't really have to due to the lack of significant changes in the song.
  5. 00:30:368 (5) - NC would be nice here.
  6. 00:31:568 (1,1,1) - Please follow this NC pattern throughout this part or section of the song. Put NCs in parts like 00:33:968 (1,5,9) - .
  7. 00:49:418 (9,1) - This small spacing can be jarring to play. Move 00:49:568 (1) - somewhere farther from 00:49:418 (9) - , or maybe the other way around idk xd
  8. 00:49:568 - Hm... I think the spacings of the circles here should have less spacing. This part of the song isn't too intense.
  9. 00:59:543 (6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16) - The stream shape here could be better. It looks a bit uneven.
  10. 01:19:268 (5,1) - Shouldn't this part be like 01:14:468 (4,5,1) - ?
  11. 01:27:968 (1,2) - 01:23:168 (1,2) - I feel like there should be consistency between these.
  12. 01:38:768 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - Stream should start somewhere close to 01:38:468 (13) - just like the recent streams.

00:15:668 (8) - remove the clap sound from the very end of this
00:15:968 (1,2,3) - these slider shapes don't look very good
00:20:768 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,1) - make this stream more circular
00:26:918 (2,3,4) - what's going on here lol. stack this please
00:27:968 (1) - more unpleasant looking slider shapes
00:28:568 (3,4) - try moving these sliders either up or down to create a more staggered look
00:30:068 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,1) - make this stream more circular aswell
00:31:568 (1) - new combos here are weird
00:40:118 (1,2,3,4,5) - the overlaps on these don't look too good, plus 00:40:268 (2,3) overlaps more than the other sliders

But seriously, the rhythm is good, but some parts are lacking creativity like the literal square jumps that were repeated 3 times

  1. you have a bunch of unjustified overlaps, fix those since they make your map look more messy than it should
  2. 00:15:968 (1) - stuff like this is a bit too curvy, which leads to these being overemphasized. straighten out the curves a bit to
  3. holy shit those hitsounds hurt, pls lower hs volume and change sampleset to soft so theyre easier on the ears
  4. a note on rhythm consistency - from 00:02:768 - the streams were on every 2nd and 4th beat exclusively, but after 00:05:168 - they begin to show up on exclusively 1st and 3rd beats. stick with one or the other to make rhythm more clear in what it's emphasizing.
  5. 00:04:268 (2) - shouldnt this be a stream too since that 1/4 thing in the background (like the one at 00:03:068 (2,3,4,5) - ) is also present? either way i think itd reflect the song better than using a reverse slider
  6. 00:06:668 (1) - remove nc, 00:06:443 (2,3,4,1) - is one whole section
  7. 00:06:968 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - having consistent spacing the entire stream works better than decreasing it slightly near the end imo, especially since they way you have it right now makes this really uncomfy to aim
  8. 00:13:418 (11,1) - should be spaced further apart, 1 is p important
  9. 00:25:568 (1,1,1,2,3,4,5,6) - right now it's not really clear that this is 1/3, maybe nc 4 at the very least to indicate 1/3
  10. 00:33:668 (5) // 00:38:468 (5) - reverse 1/4 would work here, since this is different from 00:32:468 (5) - in that you have a prominent pitch change or something here

  1. I'd rather use that repeating, more "chorus-like" section for the kiai time. (like the one from 00:12:368 - to 00:31:568 - and 01:12:368 - to 01:31:568 - ) Repeating choruses are pretty common places to kiai, but it's also possible to prefer kiai some middle sections that could contain solos for example or something other that is intense and so on. This middle section here though doesn't feel any more intense than the repeating ones (more like I feel it's calmer imo) and it's lacking any distinct differentiation for it to be some kind of solo part. All in all, it's not like it's really wrong to kiai it, but to me it doesn't feel as fitting as the others would.

  1. 00:09:968 (1) - while it normally would make sense on the white tick, here there are no sounds there and it kinda feels off because of that. Possible simple solution would be to for example just make the hitsound on the end muuuch quieter so that the spinner kinda fades out instead of having loud clear point where it ends. Or just move the ending point to some more relevant tick (but that's more complicated here)
  2. 00:25:568 (1) - doesn't work too well, the slider is catching every other sound which in case of 1/3 doesn't really fit the emphasis (which is every 3 sounds instead. Same with the other one at 01:25:568 (1) -
  3. 00:45:368 (4,5,6) - probably not good idea on normal, but atleast NC this rhythm then. Same with 00:54:968 (4,5,6) - and so on if you do the same thing

  1. 00:13:268 (10,11) - little more space? Or angle? Anyways so that it doesn't remind of 1/4 like it currently kinda does (even though the spacing is pretty high for that)
  2. 00:23:168 (1,2,1,2,1,2,3,4) - not really agreeing with these rhythms here. 00:24:068 (3,4) - is fine, the sounds are there and so on. 00:23:168 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - for these, you can't really emphasis the melody 1/2 with these kicksliders since the melody is 1/2 for only like the first beat. The actual rhythm in the measure (1/2 for beat -> 1/4 for beat -> 1/2 for beat -> 1/4 for beat) supports couple of these rhythms, but then for example 00:23:468 (1,2) - feels like it is lacking objects instead. Anyways, doing the rhythms the way they are is easy way to improve it (how you use sliders and circles for them is up to you)
  3. All this kiai feels kinda overmapped rhythmically (well, the rhythms are there though) as in how it feels a lot more intense than I feel the music is. Kinda fine now as it is kiai, but if you decide to shift the kiai for the other parts, you should tune this down somewhat. Also, for the 2nd half, definitely do something that differs from the first half of this. (As in about 01:01:568 - and so on where the melody changes some rhythms). Like, make something that expresses the change in the song better than somewhat similar 1/4 stuff as the parts before
  4. Visuals could use some tuning as well, but those can wait until the larger lines are tuned little
