The BIG WHITE TICKS are like Sol keys in a musical notation, they mark the start of measures. If you want positive offset, it must be at least 810, but there will be a problem with the timing point at 00:00:078

00:33:737 (2,3,4) - Another wide angle, but it's really your choice if these wide angles matter.
00:37:395 (2,3) - The blanketing of 3 is actually just a few pixels off of the curvature of slider 2.

Here are the wide angles I found, which might not matter on such low bpm:

Negative offset is most of the times a bad thing, if you want to fix it but keep the big white ticks in the same notes, put 2 timing points like these (don't forget to resnap every note)

00:34:834 (3,4,5) - There's also a NC inconsistency, sometimes this rhythm is NCed, other times not. For example, this rhythm is the same but has no NC: 00:28:981 (1,2,3)

  4. 00:08:676 (2) - again, the sound here seems weak, try not to start a slider at a sound like this.
  5. 00:12:151 (2,3,4) - 00:13:614 (2,3,4) - 00:15:078 (2,3,4) - mentioned before, feels too many stacks
    not gonna list more problem about the stacks since it's through out the whole difficulty
  6. 00:15:444 (4) - same as what i mentioned before, the sound is weaker than the next white tick
