Problem Details:
I started mapping a song, uploaded it after I mapped 5 mins of it (it's a 40 min song).
I worked on it offline and I want to upload my progress (~13 mins) but whenever I try to update it, the uploader gets stuck on "11% preparing changes".
I've tried various fixes to which none have succeeded and I believe the uploaded map is somehow bugged. After redownloading the map, the client doesn't show "latest pending version" instead it shows "not submitted" even though it's the same version which I downloaded straight from the website. Also the beatmap information on the website isn't accurate.
