  5. it's very hard to differentiate between 1/4 and 1/2 gaps in your maps other than relying on the approach circle which is not good.
    00:54:017 (1,2) - is 1/4 gap but right after at 00:55:517 (1,2) - it's 1/2 gap. they are too visually similar ctrl g'ed stuff
  6. 01:09:017 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - visual spacing, 01:09:579 (4,5,7) - are pixel overlapping each other, stick with one way of putting down objects in a pattern and make it visually consistent is a good way of making the map look tidy and neat yeah polished the jump with the irc mod i've taken just earlier xd

  4. the non-kiai streamjumps feel forced af, imo the nonkiai would play better if the streamjumps werent there. might wanna remove them for more contrast in intensity between the kiai and the nonkiai
  5. also you might want to make all ur streams neater they look bad compared to the rest of the map
  6. 02:06:650 (1) - no apparent reason for uncomfy flow here imo

- 00:01:517 - what are these bells? they are prolly not even in the right key and just sound terrible across the whole map, if using bells and they are this prominent do them according to the key of the song to harmonize with it, I can help you out with that if you want since I do have 2 keysounded maps ranked and bell hitsounds ranked on another map so yeah, but please don't do it like this.

- the frequency of the bells also seems more than just random for example 01:58:517 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5) - you have it every downbeat ok. 02:01:517 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1) - followed by not them. Furthermore stuff like 00:57:017 (5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - seems just completely random and out of place. For now I would sincerely recommend removing the bells all together.

- regarding hitsounds: you use alot of different sound set, for example you have 01:02:267 - this clap, 01:11:642 - this clap; 01:12:017 - this kick, 01:19:517 - this kick and many different more. This can indeed work out since there is alot of different parts in the song but as it is currently there is no clear image in how you use them in any way. There also are alot of inconsistencies. My tip is to just blatantly redo the hitsounds but for now focus on one set of samples with maybe a kick, a clap, a finish, and a whistle. Just hitsounding with them can be sufficient at first.

Just fixing that will make your map more enyoable to say the least.
(sorry but I am a sensitive person regarding hitsounding so don't expect a mod on the map yet.)

•I see some signs of streamjumps which is a good idea, but they're inconsistent throughout the map and don't really feel like jumps since they still overlap :/ 00:23:173 (6,7) - here you should just try something like this and keep those jumps consistent on the same snares; 00:24:673 (5,1) - 00:27:673 (8,1) - 00:29:173 (7,1) - 00:48:673 (6,7) - etc. Alternatively you can just make them normal streams, but don't change randomly between both.
• 00:44:079 (2,3) - Again for emphasis, you should keep jumps to the snares consistent, since you made that first one that big, 00:45:579 (6,7) - this one feels underwhelming even though it's the same sound. Also it would be cool if you kept the snare jumps bigger than 00:44:829 (4,5) - these, since they're the stronger sound.

•01:19:142 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - I can see why this is a stream, since there's sound on all notes, but it just feels really off. You're basically switching the instrument mid-stream just to keep it together which doesn't really represent the music too well. You're better off just deleting 01:19:517 (5) - and making it 3/4. Goes for all the other streams that go like this. 01:33:767 (1,2,3,4,5) - This is basically the only stream that makes sense musically in the whole kiai.
•01:22:142 (4) - No sound here, the rhythm is still 3/4. 01:22:798 (3,5) - These have no sound, while 01:23:173 - this does. 01:27:860 (6) - Same here.
•Basically the main problems are the rhythm and consistency with emphasis, as they repeat through the whole map.

- 00:01:517 - what are these bells? they are prolly not even in the right key and just sound terrible across the whole map, if using bells and they are this prominent do them according to the key of the song to harmonize with it, I can help you out with that if you want since I do have 2 keysounded maps ranked and bell hitsounds ranked on another map so yeah, but please don't do it like this.

- the frequency of the bells also seems more than just random for example 01:58:517 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5) - you have it every downbeat ok. 02:01:517 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1) - followed by not them. Furthermore stuff like 00:57:017 (5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - seems just completely random and out of place. For now I would sincerely recommend removing the bells all together.

- regarding hitsounds: you use alot of different sound set, for example you have 01:02:267 - this clap, 01:11:642 - this clap; 01:12:017 - this kick, 01:19:517 - this kick and many different more. This can indeed work out since there is alot of different parts in the song but as it is currently there is no clear image in how you use them in any way. There also are alot of inconsistencies. My tip is to just blatantly redo the hitsounds but for now focus on one set of samples with maybe a kick, a clap, a finish, and a whistle. Just hitsounding with them can be sufficient at first.

Just fixing that will make your map more enyoable to say the least.
(sorry but I am a sensitive person regarding hitsounding so don't expect a mod on the map yet.)
Might consider redoing them if more peeps point this out

  1. 00:21:767 (1) - This slider here has a quick violin sound on it. Try to emphasize it with a SV change to make use of it.
  2. 00:36:579 (5) - Did you skip the hitsound for any reason? Keep it a whistle like the note immediately before it
  3. 01:00:298 (2,3,4,5,6,1) - Why break do you the circular flow here when the song is so calm? Try to keep the slider closing that section with that same flow

    I'm not an expert at modding or mapping wubs, but I think the SV usage on the kiais is underwhelming, as you should probably emphasize stuff with more than 1.2x. For example 01:22:329 (1) - should be way more emphasized with a higher SV than the one that it currently has. Maybe consider reworking the section with more emphasis on the SV.
  4. 01:27:392 (2,3,4,5,6) - This pattern is the only one that uses antiflow in the whole section despite it being really similar.

    Leaving the wubs apart, the stream shapes seem not that aesthetically pleasant but they keep similar throughout the map so there is no problem with them. I would reccomend making curved streams in the part with vocals and then use the sharp streams in the wub part, but it is up to you really.

  1. 00:40:517 (1,2,3,1) - maybe those sliders dont need to be extended in a hard. I would keep them 1/2
  2. 00:41:642 (1,2,1,2,3) - here you completely disregard the lyrics you emphasized before, use the 1/2 filler here.
  3. 01:49:329 (7,1) - the only 1/2 overlap so far (and the only one used in the map).
