No, not recovering (or reviving) from the graveyard.....

Say that you had, err, a 2 month hiatus from playing osu! and you play terribly. (not that I had one)

What would be your map or difficulty to recover yourself?

Mine would be Normal to Hard maps and a map like this.

I would probably drill through the various stream and jump compilations, as well as play through some maps that are on my favorites list.

Well, certain streams would be ok for my recovery, like this. But seriously, I mean, SERIOUSLY, jumps can only make me worse, but after a while I can handle jumps.

Well, here are the maps I used to get my skills back up in the span of a month or two:

http://osu.ppy.sh/s/17338
http://osu.ppy.sh/s/2583

Now I can once again play almost anything that's ranked nowadays without much trouble. ^_^

I'm coming up on one month without playing osu! standard seriously, because of a broken finger... I've had a few random spectators catch me playing off-handed mouse+click (which must be hilarious when you don't expect to see that), but for the most part I've been playing CtB lately instead, with some Auto Pilot to keep in some sort of shape for standard.

My plan (once my right hand is back) is to warm up with a couple AR7s, follow up with some fast AR8s, and then move on from there to recovering any loss of jumps and streams. I figure that checking out AR first is probably best, because that should make everything else easier.

Playing mid difficulty maps on HR/DT seems to work pretty well in my experience, or just grind anything that is really insane that you could complete before hiatus until you can play it again.

Came back from a 10 month hiatus and played that map. was hard as fuck the first 5 times.

Everytime I take a break, when I'm back, I just press F2 a couple of times and continue on from there.
