I read your modding for others, I think it is better to provide with both suitable reasons and corresponding solution.
If only suggestion is given, mapper may not know what wrong on it. Hence, short description should be written also.
For example: 00:01:032 (1) - here is strong vocal (what's wrong) , jump should be added (suggestion).
It is clear to allow mapper know what wrong in his/her map and they can have some improvement by following your suggestion or think of another solution,
Of course, all of above is just in my opinion
