Normal seems to be slow almost like Easy diff. change Approach rate?
and for Insane its too far apart and too small too easily hit the stacked sliders

I REALLY love this map! It felt challenging, but not too hard to the point where it makes me rage. I really liked the insane diff. i'd love to see more maps from you :)

Easy.:

Increase Approach rate
00:30:107 - Although this is really cool to me im not sure if its allowed, because it can confuse some players
00:34:038 - ^

Hard.:

00:10:658 - separate note from slider
00:19:969 (6) - i feel like this note is a bit unnecessary
00:39:003 - 00:39:210 - please add something here

Insane.:
00:55:969 - move this note a tad closer to the rest

That's all I noticed. Good luck getting approved :)
