try to set offset for you. Also you can practice more maps with higher OD.

keep in mind that getting sub 100ur is a bit hard to get , try using mc osu or editing your maps and put a higher od(like 10 or so) for a relatively low ar(9 and below) while still trying to get the highest acc possible , that should help , I've tried it myself and it works , you will see progress over time 
Shit. Well I never checked unstable rate before but it seems that my unstable rate is usually between 150 (for beatmaps I am very familiar with and have easy single tap rhythms) and 250 (for maps with some small streams). I'm so screwed xD

it's really easy for me to get sub-80 UR in bye bye yesterday on hardest difficulty with either nomod/HD
i recall getting sub-90 consistently on some other farm maps as well
considering that my average UR is between 100~130, it's pretty low for me

One of worse runs after around 6 hours of demetori marathon maps, my both hands are tired as fuck, just got into mind to play this one for your topic.
24 misses are really bad for this map. I am not aim player, not at all.... not anymore and cannot even pull 24 misses here.
Jumps are well placed, song structure is really easy to understand.
Yet, play more, maybe download McOsu on stream and change OD setting to 9 (not 10 ffs.... I know you would just go for 10 but there is a reason why i say 9) and play more maps on your comfortable range, nothing challenging, just go for lowest possible amount of 100, possibly SS.
One time, again, od9 is enough to fix most acc problems with "play more" routine.

in all seriousness, <100ur isn't hard to achieve after a certain point, you'll most likely eventually hit it after a while. i only really started getting sub 100ur after i hit rank 7k, when i started playing hr. your ur is usually gonna be pretty low when you get good acc on od10

Get better hitsounds. That's my advice. The more your hitsound functions as a metronome, the better.
