Some general advice.

You should be consistent with the patterns you choose. Parts that aren't different from each other shouldn't have an entirely different pattern. e.g. 00:23:640 - and 00:16:081 - .

You should be consistent which sound should be represented with more notes or less. You put double note on this sound 00:16:081 (16081|3,16081|0,16317|3,16317|0) - , you should do the same for any part with that sound ( 00:17:734 - , 00:24:585 - , 00:25:766 - , etc. ), unless you have a reason not to.

  1. 00:17:025 (17025|2) - Should end this in the red line, because that's where the sound ends. Apply to other similar sounds as well.
  2. 00:21:986 - Just put the hitsound in one note.
  3. 00:23:994 (23994|2) - Don't put notes where there is no sound.

Not to bad, the only other issue i didnt say in the mod is that i think your inconsistantly mapping the lns 00:21:514 (21514|0,21514|2,21986|2,21986|0,22459|2,22459|3,22695|1,22695|0,23167|1,23167|3,23640|0,23640|2,23876|1) - these have a similar sound to most lns ( theres more i just pointed out those specifically to bring your attention to it )

so I saw you give a lot of focus on the synth, it's okay for lower diff but kinda underrated for a "Hard" diff
I'll help to buff the Hard
overall, I highly suggest to change the composition of the doublets and triplets with 3 notes for snare/cymbal, and 2 notes for kick, snare = 00:01:435 (1435|3) - cymbal = 00:00:962 (962|1) - kick = 00:02:616 (2616|1) - , I'll mention what should be single/doublets/triplets for this reason, so keep it in mind. the column code is 1/2/3/4
  1. 00:00:962 (962|2,962|1) - triplets on 134
  2. 00:01:199 (1199|1,1199|2) - single, only ordinary synth that not loud enough to be doublets, place it on 1 to emphasize the repeating synth
  3. 00:01:435 (1435|3) - triplets on 234
  4. 00:02:144 (2144|1) - remove this, ghost note
  5. 00:02:380 (2380|2) - triplets on 234
  6. 00:02:616 (2616|1) - move to 1
