drum-hitwhistle2 has 20ms of unneeded delay
02:52:036 (1) - Using 10% volume is way too low volume for an active rhythm to provide feedback, needs to be increased a bit.

00:56:036 (1) - All not overdose diffs are missing hitsounds for these 3/4 rhythm since overdose mapped it differently

Unfortunately that delay on "drum-hitwhistle2" cannot be overseen and needs to be fixed before letting this beatmap slip into Ranked.

Additionally, the names used for both collab difficulties are rather inconsistent. Overdose can be simply renamed as "Collab Overdose" (or Rain to "Fii Spec's Rain" alternatively?).

Minor: The transitions of the mappers' names in the Storyboard are quite sudden, except for the ones done on 02:12:036 - and 02:44:036 - probably due to the calm pace of the song in those spots. Regardless, a similar transition for the rest of name changes would be welcome.

The rain was like that originally and it sounded terrible. Even "Kyuare Spec" sounds terrible lol...

Regardless, inconsistencies in difficulty naming schemes are fine when it comes to collaborations (ie. https://osu.ppy.sh/s/414949) since sometimes names are too hard to put together or sometimes people would prefer to keep it simple as "Collab". If he wants to keep the names, using an & symbol would be better.
