There is way you can revive a modding queue without letting people suspect you.
Just type in how many slots are avalible for NM/M4M and it'll be on the top of the list again.

Hi, I have a NM request (english) for this map

The taiko pp system is logical (lol)
You can mod every diff you want except for the GD (they are 2:15 drain each, 4 diffs, so less than 10 min)
The max diff is 3.96* and my map has 7 SP.
