01:01:281 - don't just leave this empty >.< Well, since the spinner I made follows the long "saaaaa" vocal, I think it's a bit weird to play the notes on the instrument without transition from vocal to instrument. I've mapped the instrument before, but after I got the first mod, I've changed it as the modder said. And I agree if it feels a bit weird.
For this diff, work on staying consistent with the rhythm choice, I see sometimes you go solely to vocals and other times go to drum beats. It's not an Easy diff, it's a Normal diff. If I follow a consistent rhythm (such as instrument), the combo would be solid and the diff would be ended becoming an Easy diff. Thats why I put some variations on it to make it more like Normal diff.
00:03:995 (3) - I would just get rid of this I put it for the violin (well I'm not really sure what instrument was it. I'm not really good on it xd) there.

As you can see, I didn't put any notes even the slidertails on somewhere empty in the song. I know the drum beat feels strong here, but I still don't want to break what I did on this point ;w; . If I make the slider shorter, its tail would go somewhere empty in the song. For now, I'll keep it as it be.
