[General]

A thing to concern here is a difficulty spread between Hard and yf's Insane is pretty big in terms of structure. Hard diff use simple patterns and less gimmick while yf's Insane has lots of gimmick using and high spacing. If it's possible, try to add a diff (Light Insane or something) between here to fill this gap with some more gimmick and spacing here.
Why do you tick on "Display storyboard in front of combo fire" while there isn't any storyboard? Is this intentional for any purpose?
I don't think "tv" in tags still necessary since it is already mentioned in title.

OD 9 doesn't seem appropriate for Insane diff. It might be too hard for intermediate players to play it, also it might be too big OD gap between Hard and this diff. Might consider reducing it to around 7-8.
00:22:402 (1,1) - These don't be properly stacked with 00:21:724 (1) -. I mean, 00:21:724 (1) - ends at 145|89 while those two end at 145|90. Maybe you could make them stacked in the same spot.

01:35:623 (1) - Consider extending the reverses to end at 01:36:301 - for consistency among the difficulties.

Peronsally thought sticking to that slider pattern for the whole section was a little too boring and missed the elegance of the vocals. i guess it's a small little gem in the midst of a pile of dirt so to speak

01:11:724 (2) - is this even rankable y not tho. rhythmically it's prety clear and the the slider path is as well

01:19:352 (1,2,3,4,5) - seems kinda unfair to introduce the spaced 1/4 this way cuz u dont do anything like it ever before i think it's a good way to indicate some change is gonna happen, and frankly i don't think it's actually that difficulty because the way the circles are spaced is very fluid. it'd be a whole diffierent story if the stream was back and forth or some other atrocity

lower od? 2nd highest is 9, and the 3 diffs below master are all <9, meanwhile master diff is od 10

00:55:623 (1,2,3) - this definitely doesnt have to be 1/3. i get that you're trying to follow vocals but i still think just normal 1/1 + 3/4 sliders would be better here imo
00:57:487 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - maybe invert this pattern so that it gradually increases, because the sound you're mapping it to starts out quiet and gets louder
