01:00:825 (3,4,5) - Maybe you'll need to give a straight transition between them. The current transition gives a lower spacing between 01:01:682 (5,6) - because it was a curve transition.
01:14:968 - The combination of snare and cymbal sounds too strong to be ignored. How about rearrange the pattern on 01:14:539 (2,3,4) - like this ? It will give a good combination on both vocal and instrument. Same goes for 02:29:968 (2,3,4) - and 04:05:967 (2,3,4) - .
01:41:539 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - doesn't this much 1/2s seems too long for this part ? Maybe you can cut it by half. How about give a stop point on 01:43:039 - since its sound isn't really strong ? remove 01:42:825 (5) - and reverse 01:42:396 (4) - will do the job.
02:00:825 - Yeah... a strong sound of snare and cymbal again here.
02:16:254 (3) - A longer slider like 01:00:825 (3) - ? since they're at the same point on kiai and they sounds similar.
02:35:539 (1,2) - I don't know if this kind of stacking and movement stopping is acceptable in Normal diff. But personally, I think it's a bit hard to read, especially for new players. I understand that you want to express the "unique" effect in the song. But I think there are some other methods that would play better for it and can still express its "unique". For example, maybe you can give a same placement for the snare emphasizes on 02:36:396 (2,4) - (Something like this I mean. There as we can see (2) has a different placement with (1) and (3), But I give a same placement between (2) and (4) ). And many more methods.
02:57:825 (5) - How about to curves the last curve point in a different direction ? yeah it's just to make an indicator to the next circle location. Oh.. and I think this slider is missing clap on its tail.
03:39:825 (2,1) - Give a bit spacing between them, at least just like 00:17:539 (5,1) - . It would be easier to indicate which one should be clicked first between 03:40:468 (3,1) -

02:28:253 (3,1) - Feels odd to see it's stacked when 01:12:825 (3,1) - not. Also same goes for 04:04:253 (3,1) - .
03:44:968 - Even if you want to follow the vocal, it still feels weird to ignore the beat here since you didn't ignore the other beats on this part.

01:16:682 (1,2) - Looks different from the other part like this (eg. : 01:20:111 (1,2) - , 01:23:539 (1,2) - , etc.). I think we need to be consistent here since they are a similar part in the song.
01:46:468 (6,7,1) - I think we need to give a touch between slidertail=>sliderhead for this 1/4 snapping to give a different impression from the 1/2 snapping like 01:45:611 (4,5) - .
02:03:825 (1,1) - Not like 00:48:396 (1,1) - , this spacing feels too high and sudden for a 1/8 snapping. Even if you want to express the emphasis, still, this spacing is so killing.
02:16:682 (7) - Not really important but how about moving it up a bit ? it touches the judgment bar.
02:35:968 (2,3,4) - Maybe you want to express the effect in the song, but it doesn't really enjoyable to play. there are some reason why I said that. One, SV change without any indicator (such as NC) is hard to realize. Two, a high spaced 1/8 snap with a circle on the 1/8 point when there is nothing in the song on the 1/8 point, it feels unreasonable. Maybe you can make it more readable by reducing the usage of 1/8. and also I think the SV change doesn't really needed here. A bit more spacing for the emphasis is enough to express it. This mod applies for the other part like this one... you'll know what I mean.
03:53:539 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Nah... I think 1/8 triplet doesn't really fit here. Not like 01:02:111 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - and 02:17:540 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - which only has sound on 1/4 points, this point's sound plays on 1/6 so using 1/8 is a bit out of the idea.
04:08:539 (2,3) - Reduce the spacing ? for the equality with the other part like this. Same goes for 04:18:825 (2,3) - .

1. 00:08:968 (2,3,4) - its kinda weird that 00:09:825 (4) looks like that, doesnt really feel nice with the song IMO,
why not doing something like 00:02:111 (2,3,4)? using a blanket could make it look nice? idk
2. 00:40:682 (4) - making this slider a little bit curvy, like 00:29:539 (3) for example? it would flow better IMO too
3. 00:46:039 (1) - slider should end at 00:47:968 or 00:48:396, like the other diffs do.
4. 01:19:253 (5) - move it to x228-y280, so the spacing with 01:19:896 (6,1) can be the same

Quick Message: You should make NC where the guitar tone/pitch changes, so the new combos can flow very well with the guitar. I tried to remark the ones i thought it would be better to NC, but the decision is yours

1. 00:27:825 (1,2,3,4,1) - i think this spacing is kinda too much just for the beginning of the song (comparing it to 00:14:111 (1,2,3,4), that is basically the same sound) and the spacing between 00:28:468 (4,1) its also questionable IMO... even tho that part is more intense that 00:14:111 (1,2,3,4), you should reduce the spacing a bit more.
2. 00:40:682 (6,7,8) - (THIS IS JUST ME SUGGESTING SOMETHING STUPID) you can end the slider on the blue tick, so it feels better with the instruments? idk

3. 00:50:968 (7) - NC? would flow quite nice
4. 00:54:396 (6) - NC here too?
5. 00:57:825 (5) - NC here too?

6. 01:01:253 (7) - NC here too? uwu
7. 01:02:111 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - this part doesnt really offers enough sounds for those triplets... tested it many times and it doesnt really fit... i would recommend deleting 01:02:218 (2) and 01:02:646 (5)

Also even if that's nothing important, disable or enable Widescreen Support on all diff because it's inconsistent.

01:07:039 - Imo that kind of beat is more important than 01:07:896 (3) - because you have vocal + drum to play on instead of only one of them.
01:07:896 - And means than you could do a 1/1 slider here who would fit more the vocal since there's no important sound on 01:08:111 - . Ofc both of these suggestions works for other kiai parts.
01:51:611 (2) - I would see more a rounded slider than one with broken angles, it don't fit the long vocal phase. Something like http://puu.sh/y6LKP/ddb903c163.jpg this to keep your shape idea.
02:36:396 (2,4) - I'm not fan of stacking stuff under slider ends for a Normal diff. Players are supposed to discover stack, and doing some hard reading one is not the best idea. It works much better with a slider like you did for 02:43:682 (3,4) - tho.
03:56:111 (4,5,6) - Ewwwww no unstack that pattern. This is too dense and looks pretty bad.
04:01:253 (1,3) - Would be nice to find a solution to stack them too since you did it for 04:00:824 (7,2) - .

If you apply this, well do same to other as well.

01:07:039 - Imo that kind of beat is more important than 01:07:896 (3) - because you have vocal + drum to play on instead of only one of them. already discussed these with the previous mods and decided to keep these as it is to reduce the density by a bit and also emphasizing the guitars.

And yes, the snap error is valid since when I did the check by myself I was kinda unsure since my hearings aren't that good, so thanks for pointing it out ,619.
