The problem is that the kiai is completely underspaced when compared to that one part. Yes there are some points where the spacing is similar such as 00:58:460 (8,9) - but most of the time the jumps are spaced like this 01:03:512 (5,6) - for the kiai or the bigger jump abuses slider leniency so the jump is not really that big 01:00:670 (5,6) - (players stop playing the slider halfway through and start moving to the next object which creates bigger spacing but more time to make the move aswell). I don't think 00:54:986 - has anything to do with this issue theres actually about a .5 increase in DS. for example : https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8764909 the top one is generally the average of the whole kiai spacing (1.9x) and the bottom one is the jumps (2.7x) you can see from the picture that theyre actually much close in DS than what you think.

Even though i would consider this part to be more intense than the kiai generally but this is still simply out of proportion not really since the part here 00:54:986 - is around the spacing area. would make sense that the kiai would have higher spacing than that part.
Umm what do you even mean? Maybe my bad wording/sleepy brain just made stuff more confusing so i'll try explaining what i meant. No matter what you prioritize the current jump part aim wise a lot more than anything else in the whole difficulty which is usually considered to be the factor of the intensity of the movement. My problem is that you use this kind of build up style (aim and movement wise) for the pattern but stop it into a wall which is at 01:14:881 -. The patterns before them do not technically have anything wrong, aside them begin overspaced when compared to the kiai, since the build up fits the... well build up in the song but the fact that the build up in the song lasts until 01:15:670 - but in your mapping it lasts until 01:14:881 - is why i find the pattern problematic mm i dont really know how to fix this one but i tried increasing spacing throughout this section 01:15:197 - so hopefully its fine now
