Hello, m4m from #modreqs

  1. at some places i didn't quite get your object choices, for example on Hyper diff you follow piano here 00:50:435 (4,5,1) - but ignore it on 00:50:804 - 00:50:929 - these ticks
Another:
  1. i understand that you made od relatively low because of tempo changes, but i think its /too/ low, maybe bump it up a bit?
  2. 00:02:085 (1) - i think timing for this note is wrong
  3. 00:10:345 (1) - woah, this sv change is way too drastic, i think you should either nerf it a bit or somehow prepare player for it
  4. 00:28:583 (4,5) - this overlap felt a bit awkward while playing because head of 4 peeks out a bit of 5 slider body
  5. 01:19:640 (3,4) - this overlap is pretty gay
  6. 01:42:129 (6,7) - either this stack is screwed or you did it on purpose, anyway it doesn't look good imo
  7. 01:56:629 (1,3) - had reading problems with this, consider make it clearer
Hyper:
  1. 00:03:210 (3,4,1) - are you sure about this space and stack? doesn't feel natural to me
  2. 00:10:345 (1) - same thing about sv
  3. 00:18:615 (1) - you ignore piano triple here, but you do not here 00:20:350 (4,5,6) - thats really odd
  4. 01:43:629 (3,4,5,6) - i think you should space it a bit more
  5. 02:00:629 (1) - don't be lazy :)
Hope I helped. Good luck! (my map for m4m)

  1. 00:04:324 (1) - Just make the distance abit higher to emphasize the loud piano sound abit more, it feels like the previous slider which had no loud piano sound at all like you did here
  2. 00:08:357 (1) - basicly the same ^
  3. 00:06:324 (5) - 1. missed NC, you NC'd on this one ^ at that sound but not here 2. i would suggest to turn it sideways like shown in the picture, you are following a circular flow so it would flow better with the following slider and also emphasize the current one abit more due to drastic movement change
  4. 00:10:345 - the sv change here is way too high compared to the previous one, maybe just use the increased sv on certain points and let certain points be slow sv like 00:11:356 - 00:13:378 -
  5. 00:13:715 (5) - what piano are you following? the primary one or from the background? your previous slider follow the primary piano but here are you following the background,i would suggest to just stay at 1/1 with the primary piano
  6. 00:16:075 (6) - increase distance from the previous slider, the sound is so much louder but has no emphasize, even the next circle has more emphasize because of the movement change
  7. 00:18:105 - 00:18:615 - you are making a another, why arent those notes mapped? you are following them, 00:20:350 (4,5) - here you did follow and mapped them
  8. 00:20:598 (6) - here you missed this rhythm pattern which you used already 00:18:615 (1,2) -
  9. 00:30:071 (6) - its fine if you want so variety on those music pattern but atleast add abit of distance here, so they get abit of emphasizin here
  10. 00:34:126 - 00:34:621 - change pattern here or use circles since you can here how the pitch goes higher and also there was a loud sound which can be emphasized
  11. 00:47:046 - ?
  12. also noticed, timing sounds kinda off because some parts like 00:46:670 - 00:47:004 - are 1/6 but some just sound completly off 00:48:176 (6) -
  13. 00:57:166 (2) - if you really want to follow the piano here, this one has to be a repeat slider and 00:57:914 - a 1/1 slider
  14. 00:59:411 (3) - same problem as above with spacing and emphasizing
  15. 01:30:630 - feels kinda drastic with the sv change again, try to map a build up instead of instant jumps
  16. 01:40:963 - 01:41:629 - 01:41:963 - i guess you can hear what the problem here is, when you need to put whistle hitsounds on sliderends, they usually are wrong mapped rhythm wise, its horrible to play when you hear those ingame
  17. 01:48:629 (1) - how about a 3/4 slider here with slower sv to emphasize the deeper piano?
  18. 01:50:629 (1) - here kinda the same, make it look abit special compared to the following slider since it has a louder sound
quick overview ive seen

  1. 00:04:324 (1) - Just make the distance abit higher to emphasize the loud piano sound abit more, it feels like the previous slider which had no loud piano sound at all like you did here Did you mean closer or more far apart, you will have to clarify that plz.
  2. 00:08:357 (1) - basicly the same ^ ^
  3. 00:06:324 (5) - 1. missed NC, you NC'd on this one ^ at that sound but not here 2. i would suggest to turn it sideways like shown in the picture, you are following a circular flow so it would flow better with the following slider and also emphasize the current one abit more due to drastic movement change
    Done.
  4. 00:10:345 - the sv change here is way too high compared to the previous one, maybe just use the increased sv on certain points and let certain points be slow sv like 00:11:356 - 00:13:378 - I should've said this before to all other mods, but NOSTALGIA doesn't show it's BPM unless it's crossed over to another BEMANI game like nostos to IIDX and Fly far bounce to various games like SDVX IV & pop'n music albeit with different BPM changes. It's not the SV that was increased but it's the BPM and I did try slowing it down to horrible results so unless you or someone better at timing can help me with this,
    it will be appreciated.
  5. 00:13:715 (5) - what piano are you following? the primary one or from the background? your previous slider follow the primary piano but here are you following the background,i would suggest to just stay at 1/1 with the primary piano There is no other piano than the one playing unless you're assuming I am following the violin, then maybe.
  6. 00:16:075 (6) - increase distance from the previous slider, the sound is so much louder but has no emphasize, even the next circle has more emphasize because of the movement change Done.
  7. 00:18:105 - 00:18:615 - you are making a another, why aren't those notes mapped? you are following them, 00:20:350 (4,5) - here you did follow and mapped them Like I said above, BPM changes forced me not to map that section since it's a 85 BPM slowdown and I tried mapping it but to no luck.
  8. 00:20:598 (6) - here you missed this rhythm pattern which you used already 00:18:615 (1,2) -
  9. 00:30:071 (6) - its fine if you want so variety on those music pattern but at least add a bit of distance here, so they get a bit of emphasis here.
  10. 00:34:126 - 00:34:621 - change pattern here or use circles since you can here how the pitch goes higher and also there was a loud sound which can be emphasized
  11. 00:47:046 - ?
  12. also noticed, timing sounds kinda off because some parts like 00:46:670 - 00:47:004 - are 1/6 but some just sound completly off 00:48:176 (6) - It's 1/8, so I applied them.
  13. 00:57:166 (2) - if you really want to follow the piano here, this one has to be a repeat slider and 00:57:914 - a 1/1 slider
  14. 00:59:411 (3) - same problem as above with spacing and emphasizing
  15. 01:30:630 - feels kinda drastic with the sv change again, try to map a build up instead of instant jumps Not really instant since the build up began with the slowed down slider beforehand.
  16. 01:40:963 - 01:41:629 - 01:41:963 - i guess you can hear what the problem here is, when you need to put whistle hitsounds on sliderends, they usually are wrong mapped rhythm wise, its horrible to play when you hear those ingame
  17. 01:48:629 (1) - how about a 3/4 slider here with slower sv to emphasize the deeper piano?
