00:28:765 (1,2) - try to differentiate these two a bit better. the first slider has that extra bell sound, so doing something to express that (probably a circle + 1/1 slider) would be more appropriate
00:48:680 (3) - using hs volume to show what's going on here would be cool. similar to the slider at the end of the second kiai
00:57:872 (1,2) - might be better to go with a triple here. can make 00:58:127 (3,4) - stand out more with a relatively unique rhythm. (also starting the new combo on 00:58:127 (3) - might also be better, since ncs work well to indicate important stuff/changes in the song)
01:03:744 (1,2,1,2,3,1) - similarly, using too many new combos kinda makes them less special:( removing the nc on the triple would allow 01:04:510 (1) - to actually feel more improtant than it currently is (whichwould be a good thing)
01:08:595 (1) - 02:14:723 (5) - extending to the blue tick sounds better tbh. the other 1/8 repeating sliders are mapped to fading out sounds, so ending them on the red tick sounds good, while this one is getting louder, so cutting off early is kinda weird3
01:18:042 (5) - the 1/8 stuff is mostly after the red tick here, which isnt getting covered aaaa going with like 00:35:787 (1,2) - these things leading into 01:18:297 (1) - might fit more
01:21:106 (7) - dont think you wanted to end that on the 1/8 tick lol

02:08:212 (5,6) - 02:40:893 (3,4,1) - 02:32:723 (7) - not sure why the 1/8 stuff is treated like previous 1/4 stuff
02:09:616 (1) - kinda an unnecessary new combo. usually you're keeping stuff longer, and there's nothing special to break that here
02:24:042 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1) - not sure what the increase in nc density is supposed to be doing here. seems like nothing special:(
02:39:233 (2) - not seeing why this is any different from like 02:31:063 (5) - . ending earlier in one place but not the other is silly

You mentioned a lot of things that I didn't notice. I corrected everything, played with spacing in some moments to highlight the intensity of the melody.
