Why is your BPM 194.999? change that to 195 then change offset to be on 1847 and then snap the notes again (you can snap notes by ctrl+alt+a and move the notes little bit up)

Add another red timing points at the offset 254157 and then change the time signature to 3/4

Add kiai pls (if you don't know what that is check this link https://osu.ppy.sh/help/wiki/Beatmap_Editor/Kiai_Time )

Disable countdown (song setup --> design --> uncheck the enable countdown box)

try to use 192kbps sound bitrate, you use something above that at the moment (compressed the song file using a third party program)

and try set the preview point if you want to
