full set time for me to mod this

[general]
-check the background image, according to aimod it's too big. consider resizing
Kantan -> Futsuu (+127) -> Muzukashii (+190) -> Oni (+36) -> "Inner Oni" (+125)
the gap between futsuu and muzukashii is rather large where as the gap from muzu and oni is extremely small. i highly recommend nerfing the muzukashii to fit a relative equal spread between the oni and futsuu.
-instrumental and electronic can be removed from the tags because under the circumstance that this is ranked those will be listed in the beatmap as its genre.

[kantan]
00:12:042 (12) - i recommend using a spinner instead of a slider here, because there's a static sound that grows gradually in volume which imo is more suiting of a spinner. along with that, i recommend starting the spinner at 00:11:811 because at this point, the static crescendo has already begun-it's a little more "pretty" to start it on a downbeat as oppose to an upbeat.
00:45:504 (43) - i think this should be moved back to 00:45:273 because the kiai starts on :273 AND there's a heavy hit on it as well. skipping it and plotting a note on the less prominent :504 doesn't make much sense.
00:46:427 (44) - two options: 1) move the note back 1/2 a beat to match the drum hit on :196 OR 2) change the note to a kat as it's the same sound as 00:46:888 (45) - .
00:52:427 (50,51) - like you did at the beginning of the first kiai i recommend placing emphasis on 00:52:658. i'd personally do this by deleting 00:52:427 (50) - and moving note 51 back 1/2 a beat.
01:37:658 (10) - there's a significant change in pitch here, this note should definitely be a kat.
01:51:504 (24) - i can tell this note is a piano note/chord nearing middle C, which is deserving of a kat, especially in contrast to 01:49:196 (23) - 's strong bass hit.
02:06:735 (39) - 00:45:504 - also applies here
02:13:658 (46,47) - 00:46:427 also applies here
02:48:619 (1) - this spinner actually starts on 02:48:504, 1/2 of a beat earlier.

[futsuu]
00:07:542 (13) - i think you can remove this note as note 14 is much more prominent and imo, important than this note. plus 13 is so short in length, it reminds me of an eighth note with a marcato accent on it.
00:22:311 (40) - ^ same thing applies here
00:52:427 (105,106) - i suggest making this the same as 00:45:042 (86,87,88) - because they're the exact same sounds
01:43:542 (29,30) - this time i recommend removing note 30, as playing the d k offbeat rhythm is easier when they're in the same beat as oppose to separating them in different beats.
02:13:658 (94,95) - 00:52:427 applies here too

[muzukashii]
i'll come back and mod this when the spread issue is fixed

[oni]
00:17:004 (6,7) - these notes can be removed as the musical instrument is not loud enough imo to be supported by to notes. plus, because the map is still in it's intro, i think it's a good idea to keep it simple.
00:41:350 (108,109,110,111,112,113,114,115,116,117,118) - i think the following rhythm is more rhythmically correct, and more comfortable to play
00:43:888 (119,120,121,122,123) - this rhythm can be simplified to: which imo, is more accurate
00:47:119 (136) - the kiai is more comfortable to play without this note, especially because the sound this note is mapped to isn't audible over the hitsounds
00:55:311 (179) - i recommend deleting this note because it places more emphasis on the note after it, which SHOULD be emphasized as technically, there isn't even any sound here.
00:56:119 (181,182,183,184,185,186,187,188,189,190) - the pattern i used for 00:41:350 applies here as well
01:12:042 (207) - there's no instruments to support this note, leaving the doublet dk after it is more accurate.
01:15:273 - i think you should map the piano here, considering how it's very prominent at this section (and similarly for the section after this)
01:41:235 - you're skipping a piano note here, i recommend placing a don
01:47:119 - missing yet another prominent sound
02:01:888 - the exact same instance as the above one
02:02:581 (91,92,93,94,95,96,97,98,99,100) - the pattern i used for 00:41:350 applies here as well
02:05:119 (102,103,104,105,106,107) - same thing as 00:41:350
02:08:350 (122) - same thing as 00:47:119
02:16:542 (165) - same thing as 00:55:311
02:26:581 - why are you skipping all the little bass hits ?

[final step in finishing this mod]
i'll be quite honest, the difficulty in itself is rather ok. however, i feel that the highest difficulty this song should have is an oni, as what really sets apart this difficulty and the regular oni is the use of unorthodox snapping and a few more notes here and there. i personally recommend just slapping those notes into the regular oni and getting rid of this difficulty completely, as in my opinion a 5th difficulty is just not truly supported musically from this map.

good luck making slime

other than the last, accepted all. Yeah, I'll probably do a few more changes to this set before considering it for rank.
