The game already includes sorting from C to SS but, some1 have 200 S, and accuracy may be 99,99 or 92% so when u want to improve bad map's like 92 u must surf tons of 99,3 or 98,9 which is ok

Has been discussed many times before (I don't have the time to search all of the old requests right now but will give you one of the most recent ones)

Peppy has said that this option will never be added just because it will cause too much server load and wont give enough benefit to people. You will have to put up with sorting by rank
