But why is it called paper planes

The middle part seemed pretty well done

The outsides around that felt pretty plain (plane hahahaha) around it. as in the stuff starting 00:43:963 (1) - and ending 01:05:049 (8) -

and the section starting 02:55:620 (1) - and ending 03:16:706 (4) -

Put in a kiai for the middle part? Or even the two separate outer parts?

Although to me, musically, although the middle part was more trip-hoppy, it was actually less musically intense the the surrounding parts I referred to, so it was a bit strange to me to find that it was so intense mapping wise. It doesn't have nearly the same intensity of bass drumming nor the more piercing synths.

You could try giving those two parts a separate visual theme or feel, for instance only using straight / cornered sliders, etc. Or coming up with a recogniseable pattern for how jumps are laid out (varied / iterated upon as the section goes on, obviously, for interest)

Yeah! I forgot about kiais. Lol.
The reason I made the middle part more intense is cuz when I first listened to it, I had the feeling like I was diving in an intimate, sort of dynamic realm that I believed could be better captured if I put more attention to it intensity-wise. I imagined a sort of a unique visual where you're being submerged into this wondrous new utopia, where there's a lot of contrast between that and the surrounding sections. The other sections sort of resemble a going above the clouds to its normal patternistic approach. Not really a matter of right or wrong in a sense, just how I interpreted it!

This is rather subtle, and I'm not sure if it's relevant considering a previous mod, but I think that it might add a nice touch to the map if short kiai were added during the middle section.

Places where you could do this might include breaks and bass kicks (really any part of the song that shortly spikes up in intensity).
For example: 01:49:792 (1)- 01:52:535 (1)- 01:54:935 (6)- 02:00:935 (1)- 02:05:906 (7)- 02:11:735 (1)- and so on.

I'd like to give an actual mod, but I can't seem to find anything that stands out to me in your otherwise magnificent map.

Hey! Quick NM. My English isn't fluent so excuse any language mistakes I make during the mod.

00:50:135 (4,5) - It really lacks emphasis and also flows oddly
01:01:106 (5,6) - ^
-> The problem about these is that the previous pattering assumes much larger spacing and the aiming movement gets kind of forced for this small gap

01:05:906 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - It's really cluttered, try to use more space of the editor for this

01:16:192 (4,5,6,7,1) - This a bit off, cause the 4 doesn't have a vocal (maybe something like this: http://i.imgur.com/0DEnurI.png would make much more sense in my opinion)

01:38:820 (1,2,3,4,5) - I don't really know what kind of emphasis you follow here because the 01:39:163 (2) - is widely spaced because of its strong sound, but 01:39:506 (4) - is much less spaced although it has the same sound

02:09:849 (7) - lacks emphasis (maybe something like http://i.imgur.com/pISZLDj.png&#41;

02:32:992 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - This stream isn't quite understandable because 02:33:334 (5) - is much stronger than the rest and 02:33:420 (6) - is the weakest sound (maybe something like this: http://i.imgur.com/HRNgJ0W.png&#41;
The previous space decreasing streams are really good!

02:44:992 (3,7,3) - This sound doesn't get enough emphasis and its spacing is random throughout the whole section until the second Kia starts

03:39:506 (1) - I don't know why this one has these sharp angles because there is literally no sound or whats so ever

I sort of don;t get what you mean but i'll try to improve it

02:04:878 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Rearrange all these circles like this and this. It puts more emphasis on the halt in the song after the 7th note.
02:33:334 (5) - nc. It makes it easier to read.

Great map and song! Looking forward for it to be ranked. :D

00:52:020 (1) - I have never really found myself liking full circle sliders, I think they suggest no real direction but the sliders used at 01:02:992 (1) - I admire greatly.

01:07:278 (6) - Could use a new combo

01:49:449 (6) - I think this slider crowds itself and starts already close enough to the next beat, so the end shouldn't be toward the direction of the next beat.

01:49:792 (1) - Just a compliment to how nicely the styles of mapping transition here, I think it flows smoothly and plays fun.

02:14:992 (4) - This would flow better as a curve rather than a triangle (or just stacked)

02:10:706 (3) - Depending on how tech you want to be, I think it would be fun to see this mapped as doubles with increased slider velocities

03:39:506 (1) - I'm nitpicking, but I would increase the slider velocity *just a little* so that the slider ends at the same spacing as the spacing used to separate the interior part of this slider
