Overall the map looks solid, although your rhythm choices are questionable at parts where the vocal kicks in and you follow it accurately, since it deliberately ignores the metronome which makes the map too unpredictable at times. On the other hand, you also tried to stick too hard to vocals and thus left away accents to the other stuff that's going on in the music, which i believe you could highlight more:
    00:46:002 (1) - Irregular snapping which returns strange feedback to the player IMO. Would stick closer to the background instruments.
    01:03:472 (4) - Circle + slider instead.
    01:31:884 (1,2,3) - This is similar to the above, divide 3 into a 1/4 slider and a 1/4 repeatslider. Other example would be 01:43:178 (1,2,3) -
    01:08:943 - 02:26:993 - These are the sketchiest parts of the map where there's so little happening in the background that you're tempted to follow vocals hardcore. Still I'd advice you to put focus on the piano at this part since this is what keeps the rhythm stable at this point - vocals are pretty wonky, I think you noticed that already. Might be tough to come up with something viable at this, so i made an example for the 1st part below:

  3. 00:48:649 (6) - Tried deleting this and stacking the next slider on the previous ministream? Seems to better emphasize the music.
  4. 01:40:355 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - The constant spacing in this stream doesn't represent well what you're hitsounding, expect more diversity. It's not unrankable for sure, but it could be done better
  5. 03:16:712 (1,2,3) - If you like to screw up players you can keep it. Otherwise it's better to make this a repeatslider instead
  6. 03:14:947 (1,2) - Make this one slider, see if it works out for you since this way there's better emphasis on the finish
  7. 03:17:771 (1,2) - One big slider instead, white tick with the finisher would be emphasized much better this way
  8. 03:20:947 (1,2,3,4) - better if you simplify rhythm here, this is pretty hard to catch
  9. 03:24:300 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,1,2,1,2,3,4) - This kind of destroys the integrity of the map, why suddenly switching to vertical/horizontal sliders only? Sure it's the majestic solo part, but this drifts way off from this map's style.
  10. 03:50:241 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - I clearly hear 8 notes here instead of 6, though the first one does happen earlier than expected in the track. Better to simplify in this case.
  11. 03:53:683 (4,4) - stronger hitsounds on the tails ow
  12. 04:01:535 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - this one's weird, you do follow the lead guitar well, but it feels so off the regular rhythm and undermapped due to the constant 1/4 beats in the background that it might be better if you don't follow it at all. Idk, this one's tough
I'm just mildly impressed, but the map certainly has nice parts. Good luck with it :)

I think the large gap to the next object has already compensated enough for the irregularity. That is also to make the player realise it was the vocal i was following

Idk, this one's tough i'll get more opinion on this, i get why you bring this up but i did try to compensate the undermapping with SV.
I'm just mildly impressed, but the map certainly has nice parts. Good luck with it :)

The guitar emphasis on the blue ticks are very strong so I'm confident about players being able to read this.
