Easy:

You are breaking a guideline: Avoid slider-only sections.
Also get rid of those break times.
00:43:331 (1) - New combo not on white tick. Turning this into slider might be better.


Normal:

00:53:331 (4) - Unpredictable and breaking a guideline: Avoid 1/2 sliders with multiple reverses. (edit: just to clarify: "Rhythm related guidelines apply to approximately 180 BPM maps." Your map is 99 BPM so your 1/4 sliders would be 1/2 sliders in 180 BPM. Don't break this guideline)


Song perfectly supports Hard and Insane and maybe even Extra difficulties. You have a lot of work to do.

you could lower HP to 2, I don't think easy and normal should be the same hp
00:41:513 (2) - the cymbal is on blue tick. I think better way to map this part is like this, you get the cymbal on repeat and the next beat on white tick is clickable too.
00:48:785 (5) - this isn't on any strong sound either. You could use a 3/4 repeat slider again if you removed 00:47:270 (4) - and started the repeat slider at 00:48:179 - . doesn't work perfectly but better than what you have now

0.5 between ar and od is pretty low, od4 would be more standard
00:15:755 (1,2,3) - make the angle between 1,2 smaller? I think it looks a bit better
00:17:573 (4) - personally i would remove it to have a longer pause, but it works fine like this too
00:20:603 (1,2) - i think two doubles represent the song better, could stack a note on blue tick after 1 have a 1/4 slider on the next blue tick http://puu.sh/wojHa/a621ad81ea.PNG. You would have to change some other places for consistency but it would make the map more interesting imo.
the same rhythm that would have to be changed is 00:23:331 (2,3) - , 00:25:452 (1,2) - , 00:28:179 (2,3) -, 00:33:028 (2,3) - , 00:35:149 (1,2) - , 00:37:876 (2,3) - . probably a bit difficult for normal but you could use something similar for hard if you make it.
00:23:634 (3) - bit too tilted for me, the repeat is really close to 2
00:37:876 (2,3,4,5) - these could make a bit better square
00:51:513 (4,1,2) - bit ugly, rotating 1,2 counter-clockwise makes it look better. not much room for it but you could create that by moving 4 to the left
