00:42:106 (10,11) - I would delete these two notes

02:18:214 (2) - i like this part better than 02:03:428 (1) - but then again this is just imo

hey im still noob mapper so take everything i say with a grain of salt.

Hard-
This hard map should be renamed to insane cause this is way above what hard should be
00:38:356 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - this is okay but should have equal distance snap

00:54:856 (1,2) - why are u gonna put such big spacing here, then such small spacing here 00:55:285 (2,3) -
01:02:142 (2,3) - this slider speed change doesnt make sense
01:02:999 (4,5,6) - new combo here, also keey spacing between 4 an 5 the same but make a jump with 5 to 6

[General]

The spacing emphasis is rarely used at all, which would fit both difficulties because of their SR.

Song doesn't have a Kiai or Preview Point.

If you aren't going to map more of the song, consider cutting the mp3, check if the offset is changed afterwards. Also the difficulties end at a different time.

I want to point out that aesthetics is lacking and it is kinda hard to fix it through mods. You are going to learn what looks good and what doesn't. But here's a tip, check for overlaps :)

[Medium]

The SR is above the Insane difficulty cutoff which is 3,75, and should be named Insane if its not from another rythm game. Although it doesn't have many insane elements except the variable spacing so it could be named Light Insane or something.

00:25:714 (2,3) - Spacing these apart a bit would help reading.

00:49:285 (1) - Ending the spinner at 00:53:142 - fits nicely and gives players time to recover.

01:10:928 (1) - This is overmapped if you want to be consistent with following the instruments. I can only hear the trap mapped to this, and you constantly ignored it so it doesn't really make sense. A better place to put it is here 01:10:714 - because theres a vocal sound.

01:17:785 (5) - ^ but theres a kick on 01:17:571 - instead of a vocal.

01:36:642 (1,2,3) - These have the same spacing inside the same combo but they have different time gaps, players could get confused. Either use the close 1/1 gap and wide 1/2 like you did before or space the 1/1 gap wider, both would work. This is correctly done 01:40:071 (1,2,3) -

02:06:642 - These backtracking patterns are pretty hard to read on low AR, I suggest avoiding them.

[Hard]

00:17:142 - This should be clickable, its a relatively strong vocal and start of the stanza, which is a nice place to click.

00:18:428 - This should be clickable as well, almost the same reason as the above but without the stanza.

A reverse 1/1 slider could start at 00:17:142 -

00:41:142 - These streams on the vocals are severely overmapped, they don't have enough strength to support these kinds of streams.

For example: 00:41:249 (2,3) - These two represent only a held vocal, and the melody you ignore right after, and maybe the trap which you mostly ignore.

00:47:999 - Same point applies. There are couple other streams although I don't feel like I need to list them all.

01:35:999 - Well, yeah it applies to long streams as well.

I'm going to be blunt and say what I really think. The song is really good and deserves a good beatmap. You currently aren't providing what the song deserves. Consider dropping this, working on something else (like watching tutorials) and then map this again.

You should press ctrl+shift+A or File -> Open AiMod. Unless everything here is fixed, this can't be ranked. I'm assuming you want this ranked seeing that this is posted in Pending Beatmaps.

From playing the two difficulties (which, again, isn't enough to get this ranked) there's already so many problems with this. You use too much of only circles or only sliders. The few part that do use both have really bad flow to them. While mapping with streams fit some places, you should always ask "Does this make my map look like a Freedom Dive wannabe?". The current ending of Insane difficulty sure makes it seem like so. Mapping just the rhythm is not enough. You also need to consider the way this map would be played. Also some places are really overmapped. Like this 00:41:142 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - Only 3 sounds in song but you use 10 hit objects. Other parts are quite undermapped. Like the pause that follows the previous example. Why isn't this mapped?
