Override User Skin's menu-background For Special Backgrounds

A simple option to override a skin's menu-background in favor of the seasonal or other special backgrounds. This is just a qol option I would like added so I don't have to keep taking out my menu-background to see these.

Just make a skin without the backgrounds then
