[Archived] osu! Crashes on startup

Problem Details:
I haven't been able to find a solution online. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling and my .NET Framework is up to date.
When I start up osu! I get this error message

System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Int32 OpenTK.MathHelper.Clamp(Int32, Int32, Int32)'.

.NET Framework 4.6.2 ?

This could be an error from having an old DLL file leftover somewhere from a previous installation of osu

How would I go about to delete the .dll file?

First is you'd have to uninstall the .NET framework and install it again
