00:06:189~00:41:219 - I'm honest, my personal view is that this is really messi. I know what you did there, but it really feels like you put it just for fun(or so). Maybe you followed also more the vocal, but this wasn't so good implemented then. So try to follow with kat the BPM more, like how you did it in the second part. The second part is really good.

General:
Perhaps you could do some custom colors? Idk. The default looks rather bland to me.
Lol whistle usage sounds very DJPop-ish to me, but maybe find a suitable drum hitsound too? ._. I don't want to hear whistles like 50% of the map since whistles loses their meaning that and I really hate whistle hitsound

Easy:
Perhaps tick rate 1? Sounds rather "busy" on sliders. Pretty sure you don't need consistent tick rates for all diffs
00:08:165 (3) - I see that you tried to make a blanket here. I'm not that good at making blankets, but using the approach circle as a guide can really help. You can have the code if you want btw lol
