[General]
  1. This song is stated to be Sakura Quest's ED (ending), not OP (opening). Please change the tags accordingly.
  2. The Insane difficulty doesn't have the Widescreen Support box checked under "Design" in the Song Setup, while all other difficulties do. Act accordingly.
  3. I advise you decide on some combo colours to set, since you already got a video and everything; if you were to colorhax different colours for the calm part and the kiai, I believe you would bring this map's quality up a notch.
[Easy]
  1. 00:14:876 (1) - This hitsound has slightly too much delay on it, and this beat sounds off. Either cut the hitsound to have less delay or use another one
  2. 00:17:543 - 00:20:210 - 00:22:876 - 00:25:543 - 00:28:210 - 00:30:876 - 00:33:543 - 00:36:210 - 00:37:876 - etc. ^
  3. 00:35:543 (1,1) - You shouldn't spam NC; I advise you keep the second one, since it's more emphasized
  4. 00:36:210 (1) - You should remove the Hitfinish from here, since there's no whistling sound in the song here.
  5. 00:46:210 (1,1) - ^
  6. 00:51:543 (3) - You should add an Hitfinish here, since there's a whistling sound in the song here. Hitclap alone doesn't provide any feedback, since it blends in so much.

  1. 00:06:210 (3) - You could arrange this to be a perfect triangle (coordinates 240;88). If you want to manually do thatin the future, take any two circles that overlap with the first 2 edges of the triangle, like this; then rotate the two circles by 60* and overlap again; 4 will be a placeholder for an object you can place there and obtain a perfect triangle with. In this case, you can just delete 3 and move 4 in the timeline.
  2. 00:11:876 (5) - This one is just slightly off (123;121)
  3. 00:14:876 (1) - Like the Easy, this hitsound has slightly too much delay and sounds off.
  4. 00:35:543 (1,1) - Like the Easy, only keep 1 NC; of course it should be the second one here also.
  5. 00:36:210 (1) - Remove Hitfinish
  6. 00:36:876 (2,3,4) - You should arrange these as a triangle for eye candy with the method I explained above ; instead of deleting the second circle you can overlap it with 4, so that 4 will be in the position for a perfect triangle.
  7. 00:46:210 (1,1) - ^
  8. 00:51:543 (5) - Add Hitfinish
  9. 01:06:210 (2,3,4,5) - Could be a square, or 2 triangles. Anyhow, as of now it looks unpolished, so please do look into it.
  10. Of course, double check any triangle you eyeballed with the method above to improve technical quality.

    I'm really liking this mapset so far, definitely want to see it ranked ^^
[LMT's Hard]
  1. 00:11:543 (5,1) - Things like 00:08:876 (5,1) actually look somewhat good, but with 1's body overlapping 5, this just looks messy. Either overlap or move 5 in front of 1.

  1. 00:04:543 (3,4,1,2) - 00:09:876 (3,4,1,2) - 00:12:543 (3,4,1,2) - You might want to rethink these overlaps, they don't look nearly as good and polished as 00:07:210 (3,4,1,2) (which you should keep exactly like this tbh). You should probably remake these so they flow better into each other rather than being all wiggly. The concept it good, but the execution was poor for the most part (with 00:07:210 (3,4,1,2) - being the exception)
  2. 00:14:876 (1) - Of course, hitsounds.
  3. 00:17:543 (1,2,3) - You should space 1 and 2 close together and make a triangluar pattern with 3, and later with 4, like this ( 2 )
  4. 01:21:543 (1,2,3,4) - This looks a bit off

    I don't really have much to say about the rest of the map, it's alright. Could be more aesthetically pleasing, but pointing all of that out would be pointless; it need an aesthetic overhaul that you just have to do yourself, since it most likely implies remapping (although only as far as object placement is concerned, and even then, most of the emphasis is fine already, so you'd just have to do simple pattern rearrangement). In general, look to make geometrial shapes, neat overlaps, and all that stuff.


This mapset definitely has potential. If I were a BN, I'd rank this map spot-on (After my changes are applied, that is ;) )

In this case, you can just delete 3 and move 4 in the timeline. I originally meant blanket here, but your pattern is cool too, so I could try.

The concept it good, but the execution was poor for the most part (with 00:07:210 (3,4,1,2) - being the exception) How's it now?
  2. 00:14:876 (1) - Of course, hitsounds.
  3. 00:17:543 (1,2,3) - You should space 1 and 2 close together and make a triangluar pattern with 3, and later with 4, like this ( 2 ) Make some adjustments
  4. 01:21:543 (1,2,3,4) - This looks a bit off Fixed

    I don't really have much to say about the rest of the map, it's alright. Could be more aesthetically pleasing, but pointing all of that out would be pointless; it need an aesthetic overhaul that you just have to do yourself, since it most likely implies remapping (although only as far as object placement is concerned, and even then, most of the emphasis is fine already, so you'd just have to do simple pattern rearrangement). In general, look to make geometrial shapes, neat overlaps, and all that stuff. IDK. It looks fine to me. Probably because I'm not really great at perfecting pattern thou. Will try to see if there is any problems with it thou.


This mapset definitely has potential. If I were a BN, I'd rank this map spot-on (After my changes are applied, that is ;) ) :D :D

00:47:496 (1) - sound is really loud so why lower spacing here

00:50:163 (1,2,3,4) - your other 1234 jumps had a clear structure into grouping them into groups of 2 which is not really visible here

01:05:996 (1,2,3,4,5) - these jumps flow a bit unpredictable with them changing flow direction alot

01:08:163 (1,2,3,4) - These sounds are pretty loud and you emphasize the repeating nature of it well by stacking but why are they so close when 01:07:163 (1,2,3,4) - is like alot further apart

01:08:830 (1) - some more spacing on this to emphasize this wouldn't hurt either

ex2 00:52:830 (1,2,3) - : 3 has an added sound on the sliderhead but it's mapped in the same pattern as if it was the exact same.
You actually gave the bonus sound more spacing at 00:54:830 (3) - so that makes it having less spacing here even weirder

I'm not nicpicky for the opening part, so it will probably stays like that

The biggest problem is the lack of hitsounding in the kiai. You can add a lot of snares, whistles for vocals, etc etc. Atm just drum whistles for occasional snares isn't enough.

Call me back when all of this is addressed for a recheck.

First is that a 1/1 slider will fit there, but it will kinda ruin the rhythm. Second is that I don't want a gap here, as the vocal is kinda hold. I guess 00:22:496 (3,4) - could be turn into a slider for more fitting.

- 00:42:163 (1,2,3) - Could make a triangle to fit with the square at 00:42:830 (4,5,6,1) - ? I can't see why not.
- 00:46:830 (1,2) - Having NC'd these I expected 00:48:163 (3,4) - 00:49:496 (5,6) - to also have NCs since they follow the same type of vocal. It looks somewhat inconsistent as it is now. Uhhh, there's a few thing here. 00:46:830 (1,2) - I thought this is kinda the same vocal as 00:36:163 (5,6) - thus explained the white color. And I want this to be like a transistion between 2 sections, so there's that.

The biggest problem is the lack of hitsounding in the kiai. You can add a lot of snares, whistles for vocals, etc etc. Atm just drum whistles for occasional snares isn't enough. About the hitsound part, I did go talk to Yami and ask him to help me with it. So he gave me this version that is it now! I hope it's the best it could be.
For explaination purpose:
On Easy, 01:08:496 - and on Normal, 01:08:663 - don't have clap hitsound but upper diff have because it sounds really awkward since it got only 1 of the clap there, while Hard and Insane has all 2 of them, so I think it's best to remove it from Easy and Normal.


Call me back when all of this is addressed for a recheck.
