[resolved] Resizing my avatar to not be blurry?

So i have this picture that i want as my avatar, but it's like 600x600 instead of 128x128.
When i try to crop it it's quality is horrifyingly bad, does anyone here know how to get it to work properly?

The image wasn't exactly 600x600 but 568x595 so it was not exacctly a square, resizing it to 128x128 would have deformed the image and make it "blurry".
