-First of all you need to post in some Modding Queues and ask around in #modreqs in-game for people to mod and star your map to improve it.
-Once you have gotten enough modders and no one is finding any errors on your map you can ask some of the MAT to take a look at your map and try and get it bubbled.
-Once you have got a bubble you can ask someone in the BAT and they may approve it for you if they don't find any mistakes with anything.
It can take a lot of work but if you put enough effort into it, it's not too hard~
(On a side note you will need at least 2-3 difficulties on your map before anyone will mod it seriously)
