well, that's the plan yes. Though please be aware I have a very busy shedule, which means I have only so much time for it.

C&C was made by Westwood Studios. They were bought out by EA halfway through the development of Tiberian Sun. (which is why that game was so buggy)

The title screen was somewhat of an odd choice for a backdrop. Try one of these. (particularly this)

On Medium, the spacing was awfully inconsistent, and some of the phrase markers were ugly. Notes seemed to be missing without apparent rationale. I haven't played Easy yet.

(I keep expecting Just Do It to start playing afterwards. :D)

Missing notes is a part of the difficulty.
