Ways to change menu panel to different colors?

Hello all,
I'm having trouble changing this pinkish orange color around the menu song selectors to change.

Is there any way for these to be changed in color?

Just if you are lost, i'm talking about the orange and pinkish glow around the menu song buttons.

you cant change it, it states whether you have played the map or not. there is no way to change it

The only way to "change" this, is using a black/grey menu-button-background. Then it will be black/grey and not pink/orange.
