What is the template for this ranking panel?

Hi all,
I was just wondering what this skin template is because I want to make my own ranking panel with my own elements.

You can use This skin to have the ranking template. It's transparent, so it should be easy to work it out.

Or, you can take a screenshot of your result screen and use it as template. Keep in mind, you need some adjustments to make the ranking panel match the result screen.

What do you mean? Where what stuff appears in the ranking panel?

EDIT1: max recommended size is 1366x666 in SD
