Use offset 745 (you need to -50 ms to the offset and all green lines)
use Ctrl+A and snap all notes by your hand. it is a fast way to resnap notes in very large offset changing

The tags only exists in [lunatic] diff.
also, [lunatic] diff has a different preview time. change it in notepad plz.
I think i can't complain much about diff spread (at least it reaches every need...), just saying it may be not so good.

00:29:245 (4,5) - spacing. in an easiest diff, i hope the spacing could be very consistent... even such placement is really common in higher diffs, personally i'll say a no here.
01:10:870 (2) - i know you probably want a "hidden" effects here. but would it be more beautiful if you move it a bit (such as, 3 grid up+1 grid left)
01:44:245 (4,5) - same spaing problem.

set preview time to 63001 in Lunatic diff , make it all the same in all diffs plz
it's better to enable letterbox during breaks in happy30 diff , there is no video or sb in mapset
make sure tags are all the same in all diffs , there are no tags besides Lunatic diff
kiai time end at different time in each diff , it's better to make kiai all the same in all diffs

03:57:182 (3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) - I don't know about continuing the diminuendo here since you continue mapping without a break inbetween. It just kind of goes back into normal spacing and is a little weird.

Edit:

After a bit of translation woes (thanks Suzully!) we got things straightened out. We also added a new timing section at the end to compensate for the ritardando that was mapped in happy and Lunatic.
