Agree on this "OsuKawaii" guy. It's also pretty obvious at rank #10 on TERRA - Dance Dance Revolution NON STOP MEGAMIX [Mugen] (osu!)... or actually, ANY of his plays. Most (if not all) of the spin hackers spin 477 constantly. If he spins around 440-460 (and the Spins Per Minute number isn't constant), he is just a fast spinner and not a cheater.Hakurei Reimu wrote:
