00:11:253 (7,1) - dont overlap these it looks not very aesthetic
00:15:690 (4,5,1,2) - this flow is as extremely awkward shift because it is a complete shift from jumping on x axis to y with no rest inbetween
00:18:014 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - this patterning is probably unrankable. BNs dont like squares.
00:24:141 (1,2,3) - here again
honestly this top diff feels very uninspired and i know it's a "4 leaf clover" but it feels like a 2012 map and will probably make the other 3 diffs which are amazing unrankable. I would redo completely or drop.

I gave the slider a little curve, it is really just linear flow though, and at a slower slider, it is more natural.

Since when is having an insane diff with justified spacing unrankable. Yeah, it's a little boring, but the squares as clovers make it unique from the other insane Harumachi diffs. I disagree.

Normal is the only difficulty with combo colors. pls fix and put combo colors to the rest of the difficulties too

00:28:366 (7,1) - here is absolutely no time for the player to prepare for the spinner. Beginners really need it. I would recommend just removing the spinner. if you don't, then make the spinner end silent, but allow some time to prepare.

I didn't think spinners needed prep time? It is long enough and the only guideline is about recovery time. I also want it on the easy diff so the leaderboards (if ranked) aren't stagnant.

It IS a look little unexpected, but thanks to slider leniency they will understand the pattern without losing accuracy for it. Because of the slow slider it gives time to break the flow and start a new flow section.

  1. inconsistent timing offsets in your diffs, change them so they all match xd
  2. The hitsounding in your diffs is not really reflective of the music imo, plus 2 of your diffs are using a Normal sampleset which is not consistent with the other diffs. At least change the samplesets to match xd

Easy

  1. 00:00:267 (1) - I would not recommend starting the song with this slider. For one, it doesnt represent the vocals that well and new players will start the song on a red tick which is kinda unusual. I would just recommend removing it altogether so the song start on the downbeat. It'd be more suitable if the higher diffs started on that red tick instead (starting time doesnt need to be consistent)
  2. There is little variation in the diff which is kind of a shame as this 00:04:704 (1,2,3,4,5) - is rhythmically repeated throughout most of the 30 seconds. The use of a huge slider here 00:06:394 (5) - which is an entire measure long also is a bit lackluster in terms of mapping the most significant sounds the song has to offer. Consider changing the rhythm by mapping more objects altogether, since it feels like a Beginner diff.
  3. 00:11:464 (4,5) - I appreciate the blanket attempt here, but the sliders are overlapping still
  4. 00:24:986 (4) - The shape of the slider can be polished by just using one white anchor instead of two. Using two will kick in the old sliderpath algorhythm resulting in a oddly shaped arch instead of a perfect one.

Rocket's Normal (who's Happy :^))

  1. 00:03:014 (3,4,5) - HS where xd
  2. 00:04:704 (1,2,3) - HS dont really match what you did here 00:01:324 (1,2) -

Rose's Hard

  1. 00:00:267 (1,2,3) - I'd recommend removing all hitsounds here since there are only vocals on this pattern. Hitsounds should reflect what the song is doing after all. Imo Soft Whistles would still be okay to represent the vocals.
  2. 00:10:197 (3) - this slider is actually the only object thats this highly spaced, the rest of the diff is mostly just Distance Snapped. Tbh I would recommend you to incorporate spacing like this throughout your diff to emphasize significant sounds, instead of having the vast majority of objects be distance snapped. For example every downbeat is worthy of at least a slightly larger spacing for emphasis etc.
  3. 00:21:605 (1) - after this point you started adding a lot of claps for no particular reason. To me, it sounds like you used claps on both the vocals and the actual percussion, try and replace the vocal sounds with things like a soft whistle instead of a clap

4-Leaf Clover

  1. Volume is too loud imo, consider replicating the volume settings from Rocket's diff, imo its more balanced there, also please dont use the normal sampleset in the beginning when its only the vocals xd
  2. The use of finish hitsounds in your diff is also a bit excessive, so it overpowers the music a lot, try and only put finishes where necessary
  3. the diff itself is sadly devoid of any proper emphasis since all the beats are highly spaced giving little opportunity to properly respresent the music

    It kinda is already xdd, this "Easy" almost has the star rating of a normal, but it is still an easy. I don't know how much I want to change in terms of rhythm choices on a 30 second Easy diff.

Okay so first of all, you don't always keep the distance snap consistency, sometimes it really is random. And because it is easy diff you have to keep the DS clean.
Like 00:02:169 (3) - it's prev: 0,9x and next: 1,1x. If you map 1,0x through the whole song, you can't randomly increase or decrease it. Fix all DS issues.

00:03:014 (4) - I feel like you skip a very important beat here on 00:03:859 - how about you end the slider on that beat and place a circle on 00:04:281 (5) - ?
00:06:394 (5) - Just like above ^

00:11:464 (4,5) - It doesn't look good at all, Distance Snap won't let you make a blanket here, so all you can do is just a overlap, but you could change the shape into something else, it's too common and forced atm.

That is what it used to be, the flow was bad though, so I made the distance spacing consistent on (1,2,3) but made a sharper angle.

I am not quite sure how to make that work, I tried to have the back and forth motion from the jumps here just like a reverse slider because it totally does have a repeated sound.

I want to map both the held singing pitch and the strong sound from the music so this works better. The held pitch is also higher than the other slow sliders.

I did this half way through and realised i forgot to pm you so eeh

Easy looks pretty okay besides it being too simplistic lol
Anyway there are stuff you should try doing yourself like
  1. making 00:04:704 (1,2) - and 00:05:549 (3,4) - paralleled for more cleanness
  2. make curves like 00:18:647 (2,3,4,5) - more regular
  3. get rid of unnecessary ambiguous flow like 00:14:845 (3,4,5) -
  4. spacing irregularities like 00:16:535 (6,1) -
  5. 00:21:605 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - ok this though XD uuh try this rhythm idk. It's a bit more complex but at least it doesn't skip the important beats on the red lines.

Not gonna pinpoint stuff on this one. Imo the biggest problem is the spacing. The map is full of full screen geometry yet there are stuff like 00:11:253 (7) - 00:23:084 (2) - which don't make sense at all speaking about intensity-spacing correlation. Ideally these important intense beats should have higher spacings. Also I don't understand the logic behind the SV manipulation here really well but if you have a reasonable explanation behind it, it's probably fine.

Anyway there are stuff you should try doing yourself like
  1. making 00:04:704 (1,2) - and 00:05:549 (3,4) - paralleled for more cleanness

  2. make curves like 00:18:647 (2,3,4,5) - more regular
    I fixed up (2,3,4) but I will leave the angle to (5)
  3. get rid of unnecessary ambiguous flow like 00:14:845 (3,4,5) -
    Not quite sure what to do about this
  4. spacing irregularities like 00:16:535 (6,1) -
    I see what you mean and will fix it, but the distance spacing is correct.
  5. 00:21:605 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - ok this though XD uuh try this rhythm idk. It's a bit more complex but at least it doesn't skip the important beats on the red lines.

Not gonna pinpoint stuff on this one. Imo the biggest problem is the spacing. The map is full of full screen geometry yet there are stuff like 00:11:253 (7) - 00:23:084 (2) - which don't make sense at all speaking about intensity-spacing correlation. Ideally these important intense beats should have higher spacings. Also I don't understand the logic behind the SV manipulation here really well but if you have a reasonable explanation behind it, it's probably fine.
Ok, heres what I have done:
I changed spacing all around, specifically I made the beginning less and the middle more and making the end less absurd.
As for the SV changes through the map it is to represent the background music's volume. You will notice on the slow sliders in the map that the singer is holding a pitch and the music quiets. I fixed the SV changes at the end though to be more consistent with this.


If you see specific places where the difficulty could be lowered or increased I could change those too! For now though what I have changed should reflect the intensity better! :)

I mean, maybe? I need to get through all of my stuff and M4M's are the only extra thing I will take on. You may not get a mod because I don't have the time to do a NM right now.
