Feels better = better connection with your brain (feedback). Better connection = more accurate tapping. The effect won't be directly right after using it though but It'll come eventually. Been using a mech kb for 3 days and my alternating got better.
P.S. cookiezi fc hard songs long before he got his first mech kb, so don't think that you can't play osu without a mech. It's just that mech makes your gameplay a lot more comfortable
