Don't know if you plan on trying to get this ranked. So I'll separate things that go against the ranking criteria and general mistakes.
Ranking:
You should really get a background. Even if you don't plan on getting this ranked it still makes the map look SO much nicer. If you do get a background and want to get it ranked make sure the background's resolution is a maximum of 1920x1200, and preferably is a .png .
You need a more full difficulty spread. The starcount of the lowest difficulty needs to be below 2.00* I recommend making a normal(below 2*), and 1-2 hard difficulties.
You need to include the guest difficulty creators in the tags. You'll probably also want to add other tags as well.

General:
Change the color of combo color 1. A RGB(255,0,0) Pure red combo color is kinda ugly. The same with Combo color 4. With combo color 4 though its not bright enough to be distinguishable between the non-existent background.
You should make sure the uninherited timing points (the red ones) match up between the two difficulties in the timing window.
Kiai time is active for WAYY too long. This also goes against the ranking criteria, but its also just bad practice.
Insane:
The distance between 03:17:995 (1,2) - these two circles on the screen aren't similar to the distance between the following circles on the screen. Yet they are all the same distance away on the timeline(same amount of time between them).
Hell:
00:00:167 (1) - the slider's shape here doesn't make very much sense. Perhaps a spinner there would fit better.
00:13:443 (1) - why is this circle so far away from the rest of the objects? How do you hit this lol.
You should probably give the player a little more time to recover at the end of the slider at 00:37:926 - , I don't know if 1/4 of a beat is enough.
The slider's shape at 00:43:616 (1) - doesn't make much sense. Its practically the same instrument and sound as the 2 sliders before it, but it has a different shape.
You probably shouldn't have breaks in an expert difficulty. 00:43:616 (1) - and 00:43:616 (1) - Maybe the hell difficulty just isn't finished I guess.
Your kiai timing points aren't snapped. Press CTRL+SHIFT+A to run AIMod to see these mistakes.
