Happy President's Day!

One day I woke up and said, "I want to map a Matchbox 20 album." Then I went to work, and when I got back Dakeyrus had started a massive, massive beatmapping project, which makes this project seem tame by comparison. So let's try it!

Exile on Mainstream is Matchbox 20's "retrospective" album, with 2 discs: 1 of new songs (featuring "How Far We've Come") and one disc collecting all of their previously released major singles. I'll do a few, but I'm hoping some of the cool mappers around here will sign up to do some too.

I think this is going pretty well! Almost all the songs have been assigned, many have been started, and a few have even been ranked! Ranked ones are highlighted in green in the first post. Keep it up, everyone!

September is over, so we haven't met the soft deadline, but right now we're at 10 out of 17 maps ranked, which isn't bad at all. I checked in with most of the mappers, and shuffled some of the projects off to alternate mappers, who seem happy to be involved, which is a good sign. :) I'm not going to set another deadline, but I am now confident that we will be able to release the full album as a pack, when it is complete.

What's this? Every map has an uploaded WIP? It's a Christmas miracle. Maybe the project will be finished by uh.... February.

New goal is to get this pack done by Valentine's Day.

Shouldn't be too hard, since 3 of the 4 still-unranked songs are done or mostly done... SINISTRO
