i come here not to mod your map, sorry, i can't mod Mania, but i can help you with the general metadata

Source: i suggest changing Touhou Project to 東方Project. It's the same but, yeah
Tags: you should add more tags like "Touhou Gensoukyou 幻想郷 Lotus Land Story Stage 3" or something like that
and i suggest to change the background to a character named "Elly" because this song is a cover of her stage theme
she looks like this:
