How i can change the sliders? I dont like that "circles" in slider :/

Go into the skin's folder and create a 1x1 empty PNG file and name it "sliderendcircle"

You use stable fallback. See Main Menu and see "You are using fallback". Try Stable Latest or Cutting Edge for sliderendcircle. :D

But If I change osu into latest or Cutting Edge osu after change wont open :/

If you are running the cuttingedge build, you make sliderendcircle.png a blank image.
If you're looking to remove sliderends on the stable / beta release, replace hitcircle.png and hitcircleoverlay.png with a blank image, then make hitcircleoverlay-0.png your regular hitcircle.
Note that the latter method does not allow combo colors to work properly.

i think this is something to do with skin.ini, but i just forgot how that works anymore since i dont play around with skins anymore

ask a different person about this, sorry if i dont give any help but i just know that you need to change something at skin.ini

create a transparent 1x1 image called 'hitcircleoverlay-0.png'. Make sure 'hitcircleoverlay.png' is not a blank file.
if that doesn't work, use blank 'hitcircleoverlay-1.png'.

If either doesn't work, then I don't know.

anybody knows why this happens? I mean, I'm on stable (latest), my skin version is latest, and I'm having no trouble with slider ends on all my skins.

It's because you're not running on Fallback, they're not talking about the skin version. When you're running on Fallback, there's no file for the end circle.
