[Archived] osu! Windowed being stretched vertically

Problem Details:
The osu! window is being stretched vertically. It affects the resolution and aspect ratio of the window.
The window is low quality because of unaligned pixels

try using fullscreen instead

Not be to toxic, but no.
I ask for an answer for a buggy windowed screen, and saying "Use Fullscreen" certainly isn't an answer. If you don't know anything on fixing this then don't reply.

Fullscreen reduces latency and would fix your problem quite easily, if the reason you don't want to use fullscreen is he because you want a different resolution without the screen stretching than use fullscreen and letterboxing.

If you don't know, I'm fully aware of this. I'm a Windowed player, and I'm not switching to fullscreen because of some bullshit glitch osu! developed.

Was that always a thing or did it start recently? Does Compatibility mode help, whatsoever?
